Is this an MLM?

No, we are not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM). We offer a fun and engaging way to
refer your friends and family through skincare education, support, and
community!

Do I have to file taxes for any income earned here?

Yes. You must file a 1099 tax form with the total commissions earned from our
program. Also, all user data is protected with bank-level security and is also
encrypted to ensure high-level data protection.

When do I receive my commissions?

Commission payments are disbursed on the 15th of the month. Just make sure to
have your payment method connected such as Paypal or Venmo. During setup you
will need to enter a TAX ID which can be your SIN# or Drivers License #

How will my customers receive their products?

You don’t have to do a thing. Once the customer makes a purchase, we will
receive the order and ensure timely delivery.

What are Ambassador e-shops?

Every Glow Brand Ambassador who signs up gets their very own personalized e-shop
to share their favourite products, personal discount codes, and more. It's
perfect for sales on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media
platforms when recommending products.

Is it FREE to join the program?

Yes, it's completely free. All you have to do is sign up and share your referral
links on social media.

What if a customer needs support?

Let us do all the work! If a customer asks you for support, direct them to our
support page or provide our support email (support@glowjar.ca)

What referral tools do you offer?

We offer the most referral tools on the market such as general referral links,
promo codes, and ambassador eshops.
