How often should I replace the accessories of my MACH V1 Ultra?
The frequency of cleaning/replacement will depend on your usage habits. It is
recommended to replace the filter and rolling brush every 6 months.
What kind of water can be used to generate ozone?
Please note that only tap water can be added to the clean water tank. The
conductivity of filtered water is very low and cannot be used to generate ozone.
Will it be safe to use ozone?
Yes, after sterilizing the floor, the ozone will break down into oxygen in just
a few minutes. The entire process is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
What is the runtime of the MACH V1 Ultra?
In smart and suction modes, it lasts 82 minutes maximum; and in steam mode, it
lasts 15 minutes maximum.

I think my favorite feature is the self cleaning. Dealing with the cleaning
tools afterwards is the part I hate the most, so it's such a relief to just put
the vacuum on the stand and let it do all the cleaning on its own. The ability
to vacuum, mop, and steam, simplifies my cleaning routine and reduces the number
of tools and products I need.

Q: Can you update via software to increase suction and roller speed during steam
use. I know it is prob set this way for battery conservation but I think it
would help with streaks

A: MACH V1 Ultra can automatically adjust the suction power, and it will
automatically increase the suction power when it encounters dirt. When using
steam mode, press and hold the trigger button to release the steam, and then
release the trigger button, the vacuum will enter suction mode which can suck
the water steaks. Or you can press the self-cleaning button 3 times to turn on
quick-drying mode.
