PRODUCT DETAILS

Platinum Skin & Allergy is a unique formula that may support horses experiencing
seasonal skin or respiratory allergies. Seasonal allergens may include grasses,
molds, spores or insect bites. Signs your horse may have an allergic response
include watery eyes, hives, itching or hair loss. Platinum Skin & Allergy
formula works by helping to maintain a healthy immune system and providing
ingredients like Quercetin, a naturally occurring plant compound, to maintain
healthy histamine levels.

Platinum Skin & Allergy works best when fed in combination with one of our
foundation formulas such as Platinum Performance® Equine. For picky eaters,
sprinkle less than the full dose during the first feeding, gradually allowing
your horse to get used to the smell and taste. It might also be helpful to mix a
small amount of water so the supplement sticks to your horse’s feed better and
doesn’t sift to the bottom of the ration. If your horse doesn’t eat it right
away, don’t be discouraged— it may take a few days for your horse to become
comfortable with the change.

help naturally stabilize and preserve the essential omega-3 fatty acids (Algal
Omega-3 DHA) found in the formula. Some rosemary extracts have been shown to
contain camphor, a substance banned by several regulatory agencies for use in
competing horses. The DHA flake stabilized with rosemary extract used in
Platinum Skin & Allergy is tested prior to use to confirm there are no
detectable levels of camphor (<.01%).
