HOW DO I BLOCK MY CITI CARD AND RE-ISSUE A NEW ONE?

You may block your card using either Citibank Online or Citi Mobile App. Please
follow the steps given below:

CITIBANK ONLINE

 * Step 1: Log in to Citibank Online
 * Step 2: In the top menu, click on Banking tab (for Debit Card) OR Credit Card
   tab (for Credit Card).
 * Step 3: In the Left hand menu, click 'Report Lost/Stolen card' and follow the
   steps outlined on the screen.
 * Step 4: Choose the card you wish to block, select the reason for blocking
   (whether lost or stolen) and yes for issuing new card and click ‘Next’
 * Step 5: That’s it, you’re done! Your new Citi Card will be on its way!
 * Note: When a lost card is blocked, your access to view your account/credit
   card online will also be blocked, until a new card is re-issued.

 * Step 1: Log in to Citi Mobile

HOW TO SET YOUR USER ID, PASSWORD AND PIN ONLINE?

 * 1. Click here and follow the steps given below. Alternatively you can go to
   Citibank Online and click on ‘First Time User? Register Now’ on the left.
 * 2. Choose your Account type. If you have more than one relationship with the
   bank, we recommend choose Suvidha/Banking relationship
 * 3. Enter your details, including card number, CVV and date of birth to
   proceed
 * 4. Authenticate your information using OTP sent to your registered mobile
   number
 * 5. Choose your User ID, Password and PIN
 * 6. That’s it, you’re done! Login to Citibank Online and enjoy seamless
   banking services.

Personal Loan

Please Click Here and follow the below steps to view/download the statements

 * Step 1: Click on 'Personal Loan' tab on the top.
 * Step 2: Click on '+' button to expand / view the Personal Loan Accounts.
 * Step 3: Click on the Personal Loan Account link to view the details of the
   Loan Account. You will be able to view four buttons at the bottom of this
   page.
 * Step 4: Click on the 'View Loan Account Statement' link to view / download
   the Loan statement.
 * Step 5:You can click 'View Statement Details' to view for last six months OR
   select 'From Date' and 'To Date' and click on 'View Statement Details' to
   view the statement for a particular period.

To download the statement for last six months or for a date range, choose file
type in the drop down below the 'Download Statement detail' and Save.

To update your Permanent Account Number (PAN), please click Here to log into
Citibank online and submit an attested copy of your PAN Card online.

WHY WAS MY CHEQUE PAYMENT NOT CREDITED TO THE CARD ACCOUNT?

The normal turn-around time for processing of cheque payments is 3 working days.

To avoid a miss on your timely Citi card payment, we recommend that you explore
other faster, hassle free & digitized modes of payment as given below:

 * 1. Pay via your Citibank Account Online or through the Citi Mobile® App.
 * 2. Alternatively, pay via any other Bank Account using the NEFT/ RTGS.
 * 3. View other payment options,click here.

NON- CREDIT OF CHEQUE PAYMENT:

If there is any discrepancy in the cheque, the cheque payment will not be
credited to the card account. Some of the reasons for discrepancy are mentioned
below:

 * 1. Card number not mentioned/invalid card number.
 * 2. Cheque not signed.
 * 3. Cheque is altered.
 * 4. Amount in words & figures mismatch.
 * 5. Date not written/ invalid date/ cheque is stale/ outdated.

WHY IS INTEREST CHARGE LEVIED WHEN I PAID MY CREDIT CARD DUES ON TIME?

Interest charge is applicable if you do not pay the Total Amount Due, as per the
latest statement, in full (100%) by due date and also on all Cash Advances from
the date of transaction till the date of settlement.

Interest charges are calculated by the Average Daily Balance method and will
apply to all balances carried forward and to fresh billing. Interest charges
levied will be based on usage and payment patterns and are subject to periodic
review.

Payment received for card outstanding are allocated in the following order:

 * Tax
 * Fees
 * Interest Charges
 * Cash withdrawals
 * Purchases

CAN I PLACE REQUEST TO RECEIVE MY CREDIT CARD AT A NEW MAILING ADDRESS?

To receive your card at a new mailing address, please change your mailing or
non-mailing address following the instructions outlined here.

CAN I MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS VIA A CITIBANK ACCOUNT?

You can make Credit Card Payments easily via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile.

Citibank Online
 * Step 1: Log in to Citibank Online your User ID and password (IPIN)
 * Step 2: Choose ‘Credit Card’ tab.
 * Step 3: Click on ‘Pay Credit Card bill’ and follow the instructions given on
   screen.

Alternatively, you can also set up a Standing Instruction to debit your Citibank
Account and credit your Card Account every month. This can be done by logging
onto Citibank Online and placing a request to maintain a Standing Instruction.

Citi Mobile
 * Step 1: Log in to Citi Mobile.
 * Step 2: On the left navigation panel, choose ‘Bill Pay & Recharge’.
 * Step 3: Choose ‘Credit Card bill payment’ and follow the instructions given
   on screen.

Alternatively, you can also set up a Standing Instruction to debit your Citibank
Account and credit your Card Account every month. This can be done by logging
onto Citibank Online and placing a request to maintain a Standing Instruction.

MY CARD IS ON THE VERGE OF EXPIRY, HOW DO I GET A NEW CARD?

Please click on the options below for details:

Debit Card

Your Debit card will be renewed automatically prior to expiry of the existing
card. The renewed card will be sent to your registered mailing address. The
existing APIN will be applicable on your new ATM card also.

Credit Card

Your credit card will be active till the last day of the month of expiry. The
existing card will be renewed automatically and dispatched 2 weeks prior to the
actual expiry of the card. This is applicable for renewal of add-on cards as
well.

The renewed card will have the same card number, however the CVV will differ.
For security purpose, you should destroy the expired card plastic.

NR

Your Debit Card is valid till the last day of the month and year mentioned on
the Card Validity.

We will issue you a renewal Debit Card in the month in which your old Debit Card
expires. Your new Debit Card will be valid upon the expiry of your existing
card.

Note:- If your account is inactive or dormant or in any other blocked status, we
will not issue you a renewal Debit Card.

HOW DO I CHECK CREDIT CARD OUTSTANDING?

To know the Credit Card Outstanding and your Available Credit Limit, please
follow the instructions given below:

Citibank Online

 * 1. Login to Citibank Online using your User ID and Internet Pin (IPIN)
 * 2. Click on 'View Account Summary' on the left navigation panel for account
   balance and transaction details.
 * 3. Choose Credit Cards and then choose the particular card you want to check
   the account summary

The normal turn-around time for processing of cheque payments is 3 working days.

WHAT IS THE RATE OF INTEREST AND THE EMI AMOUNT FOR A LOAN ON THE CREDIT CARD?

Interest charges are calculated by the reducing balance method. For new loans
interest rate is dynamic and can change month on month based on business
decision. The rate of interest and the EMI amount will be communicated at the
time of processing the loan.

The first EMI gets billed in the immediate statement that is sent to you post
availing the loan.The EMI will be billed in the monthly credit card statement
and also included as part of the Minimum Amount Due every month.

In case the loan is booked against the credit limit, the entire loan amount
blocks the credit limit on the card. As and when the loan installments are
billed on the card and paid, the limit will be released up to the principal
component

HOW DO I BLOCK MY CITI CARD AND RE-ISSUE A NEW ONE?

You may block your card using either Citibank Online or Citi Mobile App. Please
follow the steps given below:

CITIBANK ONLINE

 * Step 1: Log in to Citibank Online
 * Step 2: In the top menu, click on Banking tab (for Debit Card) OR Credit Card
   tab (for Credit Card).
 * Step 3: In the Left hand menu, click 'Report Lost/Stolen card' and follow the
   steps outlined on the screen.
 * Step 4: Choose the card you wish to block, select the reason for blocking
   (whether lost or stolen) and yes for issuing new card and click ‘Next’
 * Step 5: That’s it, you’re done! Your new Citi Card will be on its way!
 * Note: When a lost card is blocked, your access to view your account/credit
   card online will also be blocked, until a new card is re-issued.

CITI MOBILE

 * Step 1: Log in to Citi Mobile
 * Step 2: Choose ‘Account Summary’ and select the account/card you want to
   block
   
 * Step 3: Click on ‘Block Card Permanently’
   
   
 * Step 4: Select reason for blocking (whether lost or stolen), yes for issuing
   new card and click ‘Continue’

HOW TO SET YOUR USER ID, PASSWORD AND PIN ONLINE?

 * 1. Click here and follow the steps given below. Alternatively you can go to
   Citibank Online and click on ‘First Time User? Register Now’ on the left.
 * 2. Choose your Account type. If you have more than one relationship with the
   bank, we recommend choose Suvidha/Banking relationship
 * 3. Enter your details, including card number, CVV and date of birth to
   proceed
 * 4. Authenticate your information using OTP sent to your registered mobile
   number
 * 5. Choose your User ID, Password and PIN
 * 6. That’s it, you’re done! Login to Citibank Online and enjoy seamless
   banking services.

Personal Loan

 * Step 3: Click on the Personal Loan Account link to view the details of the
   Loan Account. You will be able to view four buttons at the bottom of this
   page.
 * Step 4: Click on the 'View Loan Account Statement' link to view / download
   the Loan statement.
 * Step 5:You can click 'View Statement Details' to view for last six months OR
   select 'From Date' and 'To Date' and click on 'View Statement Details' to
   view the statement for a particular period.

To download the statement for last six months or for a date range, choose file
type in the drop down below the 'Download Statement detail' and Save.

PAN

To update your Permanent Account Number (PAN), please click Here to log into
Citibank online and submit an attested copy of your PAN Card online.

WHY WAS MY CHEQUE PAYMENT NOT CREDITED TO THE CARD ACCOUNT?

The normal turn-around time for processing of cheque payments is 3 working days.

To avoid a miss on your timely Citi card payment, we recommend that you explore
other faster, hassle free & digitized modes of payment as given below:

 * 1. Pay via your Citibank Account Online or through the Citi Mobile® App.
 * 2. Alternatively, pay via any other Bank Account using the NEFT/ RTGS.

WHY IS INTEREST CHARGE LEVIED WHEN I PAID MY CREDIT CARD DUES ON TIME?

Interest charge is applicable if you do not pay the Total Amount Due, as per the
latest statement, in full (100%) by due date and also on all Cash Advances from
the date of transaction till the date of settlement.

Interest charges are calculated by the Average Daily Balance method and will
apply to all balances carried forward and to fresh billing. Interest charges
levied will be based on usage and payment patterns and are subject to periodic
review.

Payment received for card outstanding are allocated in the following order:

 * Tax
 * Fees
 * Interest Charges
 * Cash withdrawals
 * Purchases

CAN I PLACE REQUEST TO RECEIVE MY CREDIT CARD AT A NEW MAILING ADDRESS?

To receive your card at a new mailing address, please change your mailing or
non-mailing address following the instructions outlined here.

CAN I MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS VIA A CITIBANK ACCOUNT?

You can make Credit Card Payments easily via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile.

Citibank Online
 * Step 1: Log in to Citibank Online your User ID and password (IPIN)
 * Step 2: Choose ‘Credit Card’ tab.
 * Step 3: Click on ‘Pay Credit Card bill’ and follow the instructions given on
   screen.

Alternatively, you can also set up a Standing Instruction to debit your Citibank
Account and credit your Card Account every month. This can be done by logging
onto Citibank Online and placing a request to maintain a Standing Instruction.

Citi Mobile
 * Step 1: Log in to Citi Mobile.
 * Step 2: On the left navigation panel, choose ‘Bill Pay & Recharge’.
 * Step 3: Choose ‘Credit Card bill payment’ and follow the instructions given
   on screen.

Alternatively, you can also set up a Standing Instruction to debit your Citibank
Account and credit your Card Account every month. This can be done by logging
onto Citibank Online and placing a request to maintain a Standing Instruction.

MY CARD IS ON THE VERGE OF EXPIRY, HOW DO I GET A NEW CARD?

Please click on the options below for details:

Debit Card

Your Debit card will be renewed automatically prior to expiry of the existing
card. The renewed card will be sent to your registered mailing address. The
existing APIN will be applicable on your new ATM card also.

Credit Card

Your credit card will be active till the last day of the month of expiry. The
existing card will be renewed automatically and dispatched 2 weeks prior to the
actual expiry of the card. This is applicable for renewal of add-on cards as
well.

The renewed card will have the same card number, however the CVV will differ.
For security purpose, you should destroy the expired card plastic.

NR

Your Debit Card is valid till the last day of the month and year mentioned on
the Card Validity.

We will issue you a renewal Debit Card in the month in which your old Debit Card
expires. Your new Debit Card will be valid upon the expiry of your existing
card.

Note:- If your account is inactive or dormant or in any other blocked status, we
will not issue you a renewal Debit Card.

To know the Credit Card Outstanding and your Available Credit Limit, please
follow the instructions given below:

Citibank Online

 * 1. Login to Citibank Online using your User ID and Internet Pin (IPIN)
 * 2. Click on 'View Account Summary' on the left navigation panel for account
   balance and transaction details.
 * 3. Choose Credit Cards and then choose the particular card you want to check
   the account summary

Citi Mobile:

 * 1. Login to Citi Mobile
 * 2. Click on 'Account Summary' and choose the relevant account

HOW DO I CONVERT MY CARD OUTSTANDING TO EMI?

Citibank Online:

 * 1. Login to Citibank Online
 * 2. Go to ‘Credit Card’ and select on ‘Click an EMI’
 * 3. Click on the transaction you wish to convert to EMI
 * 4. Choose tenure of repayment and confirm
 * 5. That’s it, you’re done!

Citibank Mobile:

 * 1. Login to Citi Mobile
 * 2. On the left-hand burger menu, choose ‘Loans and EMIs on Credit Card’
 * 3. Choose ‘Convert credit card outstanding into EMI’ to check your

 * Step3: Select ‘Deposits’

You can open an Investment Services Account (ISA) with us via Citi Mobile App.
The steps are given below:

 * 1. Login into Citi Mobile App and click on ‘Grow Your Money’ and select
   ‘Start Now’ option
 * 2. Enter basic information such as country / place of birth and gross annual
   income and authenticate using OTP
 * 3. Complete your Risk Profiling and Product Category Knowledge (PCK) to start
   investing (or)

Note: You will be able to invest in funds of a particular Asset Management
Company (AMC), only after you have completed the Foreign Account Tax Compliance
Act (FATCA) requirements by visiting the website of the respective AMC. FATCA
places restrictions on US persons from using any financial institutions like
banks, mutual fund houses, etc.

Citi Mobile App:

 * 1. Login into Citi Mobile App
 * 2. Click on ‘Grow Your Money’ and select ‘Explore Funds’ option. With

   mutual funds based on your risk appetite.
 * 3. Select any one of ‘Equity, Debt, Liquid or ELSS’ – you will see a list of
   funds in that fund type
 * 4. Click on any fund of your choice basis detailed fund and AMC information
   in ‘Fund Snapshot’.
 * 5. Click on ‘Invest Now’

Citibank Online –

 * 1. Login into Citibank Online using user User ID and Password
 * 2. Click on ‘Investments’ tab and then click on the ISA account under ‘Mutual
   Funds’ section

WHAT IS THE RATE OF INTEREST AND THE EMI AMOUNT FOR A LOAN ON THE CREDIT CARD?

Interest charges are calculated by the reducing balance method. For new loans
interest rate is dynamic and can change month on month based on business
decision. The rate of interest and the EMI amount will be communicated at the
time of processing the loan.

The first EMI gets billed in the immediate statement that is sent to you post
availing the loan.The EMI will be billed in the monthly credit card statement
and also included as part of the Minimum Amount Due every month.

In case the loan is booked against the credit limit, the entire loan amount
blocks the credit limit on the card. As and when the loan installments are
billed on the card and paid, the limit will be released up to the principal
component

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR CITIBANK PERSONAL LOAN?

To apply for a Citi Personal Loan, please fill the Click 4 Call form on our
website and our representatives will be happy to help you.

If you hold a Citibank savings account, you can also apply for the same by
logging onto your Citibank Online account.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM DETAILS REGARDING MY PERSONAL LOAN ACCOUNT?

You can view the loan details on your welcome letter. You can view/download
welcome letter online by following below steps:-

 * Step 1: Login to Citibank Online by using your User ID and IPIN. Click on
   'Personal Loan' tab on the top.
 * Step 2: Click on '+' button to expand / view the Personal Loan Accounts.
 * Step 3: Click on the Personal Loan Account link to view the details of the
   Loan Account.
 * Step 4:Click on the link at the bottom of the page to view/download the
   welcome letter.

The loan details will be also available in the welcome letter sent to your
mailing address when the Personal loan was sanctioned.

WHAT IS THE MERCHANT EMI CONVERSION?

Citi PayLite is a facility offered to Citi Credit Cardholders to convert their
purchases into easy monthly installments. Any eligible purchase greater than ₹
2500 can be converted into flexible EMIs before the payment due date.
