     THE SECOND ROOM WAS GOOD.
     
     The hotel room smelled like sewage, so we were moved to another room. The

     WAS NICE BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, NOT UP TO PAR FOR MARRIOTT
     
     We traveled to Denver for playing golf and getting out of the Florida heat.
     When Booked I did not realize it was the sponsor hotel for the BMW Classic.
     Hotel is lovely but 2 drawers in a room for a couple staying 5 nights, a
     bit to little. We encountered resistance in changing our room for something
     with more drawers and was finally offered on. The front desk did not know
     if there was moor space in the new room and never offered assistance in
     moving so we stayed put. Bellman staff upon arrival stood and watched they
     seemed to be more enamored with the professional golfers. In my opinion
     this is less than what a loyal Marriott member deserves.

     This Marriott was beautiful. The staff were excellent. My room bed light
     did not work. The water pressure was nonexistent and the thermostat did not

     PRIVACY PLEASE?
     
     I've stayed at this property several times...and it's always a good stay.
     However, time and time again I have a late check out and the housekeeping
     staff will knock on the door profusely despite the privacy sign on the door
     and will go as far as to enter even with me shouting. Since this keeps
     happening, it's clearly a problem with their late check-out system within
     the staff. Also, it's continually troubling that they ignore the privacy
     sign. That completely makes it obsolete. If they have a question, they
     should call the phone instead of knocking and/or entering the room with the
     sign on. Again, as a frequent guest, this happens about every other time I
     stay...

     Love this Marriott for years. Never, ever disappoints! The staff is amazing
     and the rooms are cozy and clean. The pools are so fun and the hot tub is
     spot on. The Pint House is delicious:) All so good!

     I WAS THERE AS PART OF WEDDING BLOK GROUP, MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, THE

     BROKEN SO COUD NOT GET READY FOR WEDDING , THE MAINTENACE PERSON NEEDED MY
