UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME CONDITIONS

FOR INDIVIDUALS

 * Buy all the products and services that you need exclusively on the businesses
   associated to Byubi through the APP
 * Use the Byubi APP as the only way to make economic transactions.
 * Use the Byubi APP as the only means of communication by chat, call, or video
   call.
 * Attend an event and vote for 3 events you find interesting for the community
   each week.
 * DO NOT carry out any financial transactions with users who have breached
   Byubi's conditions.



FOR COMPANIES

 * If the company needs to hire staff, it should only hire users from the Byubi
   community.
 * Discounts must be made on the property's retail price, services, and/or
   products to Byubi users with an overall score higher than 7.
 * Make sure that users with an overall score between 7 and 10 should not remain
   on waitlists or queues at the checkout. Also, they must offer exclusive
   products and services only to those users.
 * Properly identify their establishments so that all users can find them
   easily.
 * DO NOT carry out any financial transactions with users who have breached
   Byubi's conditions.


COMMISSIONS

THE COMMISSIONS AND PENALTIES CHARGED BY THE SYSTEM ARE DISTRIBUTED AMONG ALL
USERS AS A UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME.

HOW CAN WE PROVIDE A LIFELONG BASIC INCOME FOR ALL BYUBI USERS?

It is straightforward, the fees mentioned above, the penalty, and the economic
score (*1) significantly increase the speed of money transfers (transactions
between users), which in turn increases the commission profit generated by Byubi
and reduces and eliminates the debts (*2) incurred by users with Byubi.

1* We recommend that you carefully read the FAQ to understand many of these
terms.

2* Byubi users should never pay back the universal basic income if they comply
with Byubi's commitments; in case of a breach, they must return all the money
previously provided by the Byubi community.

Example: Imagine that we gave you $100 on January 1, as of December 31 of that
same year, that money, thanks to Byubi increasing the speed of money in
circulation, will have gone through more than 13 hands, so, Byubi of those
initial $100, only remains between $50 and $62 (due to commissions,
penalties...) in less than 3 years, it will disappear completely thanks to the
factors above.

Main Wallet

The main wallet is from which all the money you send or pay to any person or
company will be deducted, so we recommend that you have it in the asset you best
perform and know.

Create Wallets

Byubi offers you the alternative of creating as many secondary wallets as you
want to diversify your wealth into the different currencies, cryptocurrencies,
stocks, and commodities that Byubi provides you with, located at the top center
of the APP.

At the same time, you can convert any secondary wallet into the main wallet,
move assets from one wallet to another, and observe the exchange rate with any
other asset.

ADD CURRENCIES, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, COMMODITIES, AND STOCKS

All assets offered by Byubi are stablecoins based on the value of a particular
asset; for example, dollars are represented with the B-dollar stablecoin or gold
with the B-gold stablecoin.

There are currently nearly 60,000 stablecoins in Byubi based on 42 currencies,
24 commodities, 4359 cryptocurrencies, and 54,152 different stocks worldwide.

Money transfers

To send money, simply select a contact, enter the amount of money to send and
send it.

You can also go to the APP menu, select send money, to continue, write down the
user's e-mail, the amount, and then hit send, in case the user does not have a
Byubi account; we will create it and send them the passwords so that they can
access the money.

Charge for services and/or products (Works offline)

Just click on the collect and pay button located in the APP's wallet, select
Charge, and you'll get a QR code that you'll need to share with the person you
want to collect so they can scan it and send you the money.

The money will reach the wallet you have set as the main one, converted into the
asset used in the wallet.
Example: If the user who sent you money into your account has their wallet
converted for bitcoins, and you have a wallet in dollars, it will be converted,
and you'll receive the requested amount in dollars.

In the event of making such a transaction offline:

Connect to the internet before deleting the APP or losing your smartphone;
otherwise, you won't see the updated transactions.

If you don't do the above, you could lose the money you collected on
transactions you made offline.

Pay a third party (Works Offline)

To pay, you must click on the receipt and pay button, select pay, and a section
will appear where you will have to write down the desired amount to pay. Once
you have done the above, you can scan the QR code that the person who wants to
charge you will provide, then click the send button.

Except for companies, individual users cannot extract the money.

Transaction Fees

Every time a user makes a transaction, either a money transfer or payment for
services and/or products, Byubi charges 3.6% a commission of the total amount of
the transaction.

Penalty for accumulation of money

In Byubi, there is a 3.6% penalty for the money that has not been moved or
transferred from wallets in 40 consecutive days.

Example: $100 remains unmoved for 40 days; after day 41, Byubi will charge a
3.6% commission or what is the same as $3.6 as a penalty for not moving the
money within the system.

Byubi is not a savings system, and our goal is to accelerate the movement of
money between our users by increasing investments, purchases, and sales of
services and/or products.

ADD DEBT

In Byubi, the money given as financial aid to users does not have to be returned
if the aid conditions are met or if you are expelled from the Byubi community.

If the aid is not fulfilled, we can ask the user for the amount that appears in
the menu tab of the APP as DEBT in the money delivered section.

ADD WHERE TO BUY

In the APP menu, you will find a tab showing all the establishments, classified
by category, to make purchases.

At the same time, remember that you can buy in all the stores you see on the
street with our logo on their windows.

ADD DEPOSITING MONEY

In the APP menu, you will find a money deposit tab displaying all available
locations to deposit money.



At Byubi, we try to make minimal use of the banking system or exchanges, which
is why we will not always have our payment platforms enabled, to increase the
anonymity of our users and to diminish much as possible the use of the system
that enslaves the middle classes, we encourage the use of money through partner
establishments.
