HELLO AND WELCOME!

My name is Haley and I created this course to teach my own daughters. 

I have owned my own graphic and web design business since 2011.

That business has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to our family’s income
while staying home and raising our three (almost four!) girls. It has been such
a blessing.

As a mom, I wanted to start teaching my girls the same skills so they could use
them one day should they desire to start their own business or need to make a
supplemental income for their families. And thus… this course was born.

the world of graphic design or an adult looking to add to your own repertoire of

ABOUT THE COURSE

+ Suitable for ages 7 – 97. When your child is ready to start all depends on the
student’s ability and comfort level navigating a computer/iPad and digital
platform.

+ NO previous experience on Canva required. 

+ Learn how to make as well as utilize Canva’s templates and various design
tools

+ Learn to make static graphics as well as videos

+ More than 2 hours of guided, walk-through training videos on how to design on
and use the platform. 

+ 12 lessons to help you or your student gain real world design skills.

+ 12 mock homework assignments at both beginner and challenge levels to fit your
or your student’s ability level.

+ Complete the course as quickly as you want or follow the recommended student
schedule for a plan to help you assign the lessons and homework.
