It's fine when it works... The trouble is that's about 10% of the time. So many
times I've been completely unable to see messages/posts until I literally
reinstall the whole app... I'm missing potentially important messages and I
don't even know it. I could see two notifications that wouldn't open, so I
reinstalled... Turned out I'd been completely unable to see a dozen posts and
messages from my manager. Plus the fact that 'updates' lead to the app getting
stuck on the update screen forever...

I am not getting any notifications for messages at all!!!! This has been
happening for almost 2 years, and still not fixed. All my chats are not showing
up. I have to constantly sign out and back in just to see all my messages. Can't
do a very simple and basic task like copying some text, like an address or phone
number, from a chat message. It only copies the entire message. Fix your app
Microsoft!!!!!!

I use this for work. There were a few bugs here and there that were minor, like
message duplication, but they went away quickly. With the most recent update,
however, it's now completely unusable. The app will open, ask me to input my
identifier or use my fingerprint multiple times before signing me in, and then
once I'm in it might let me use it for a minute before the app automatically
closes itself. When I try to open it again, it immediately closes.
