LOVED THIS PLACE! NICE HOTEL IN PERFECT LOCATION - EXCELLENT MARRIOTT ELITE
BENEFITS
First time staying here. Won't be our last. Quick trip, but the hotel staff
and management really treated me well. The executive lounge was excellent
with solid breakfast and evenings offerings. They upgraded my room. This is
the type of Marriott that more than delivers on the Marriott Bonvoy Elite
benefits (very upgraded room and excellent lounge). This is the type of
property that understands how to take care of its guests. I will be back
for SURE.
Superb location, just an easy 10 minute walk to the Central Train station
and Tivoli. Right on the river allowing nice leisurely walks along with the
river path. The lobby bar is quite lively in the evening making it an ideal
place to hang out. Our room was quite lovely - it appears the hotel is
going through some nice renovations.

5 TRIP TO THIS HOTEL, THE BEST ONE YET.
Very friendly and professional staff. I arrived late and they made sure I
was able to get settled quickly. They arranged tour tickets and on my last
day called a cab which was waiting for me at checkout. Great hotel and
great staff!

epic location, loved the waterfront, front desk staff (Sophie) was so kind
and accommodating, they had adaptors, made an early check in happen, super
comfortable bed, clean, one of my best Marriott experiences.

AWESOME STAY!
GM Mr. Akesson and amazing staff provided for great vacation experience.
Renovated lobby/restaurant/bar are outstanding. Delicious breakfast buffet
and evening cocktails. The Copenhagen Marriott does the small things
exceptionally well which makes a big difference from other hotels. Try a
jump in the canal, it was an awesome experience!

GREAT STAY!
Everything was wonderful! I would like to also comment on Raina , the
Concierge- she was extremely helpful with suggesting what places to visit
and eat at. She also set us up with the Hop on Hop off bus and secured us a
taxi for 4:30 am to take us to the airport! She was so sweet and went that
extra mile! Also, April in the house keeping department was very helpful
too!

Great staff and a lively location on the waterfront. Rooms are large and

A NICE HOTEL IN A GOOD LOCATION
Overall this is a nice hotel located on the river with a good outdoor
drinking and dining experience. On the wrong side of the river for sunset
so you get to look at the people basking in the sun on the other side of
the river. You can walk into the city up the riverbank but it’s around 30
minutes to Nyhaven so some may find it a bit far. The hotel is pricey at
the standard rate (as is Copenhagen in general) but luckily my corporate
rate was very good. Our room was good and the bed was very comfortable but
lacked the small touches you expect these days such as a coffee machine and
biscuits instead you get two sticks of instant coffee and two pots of UHT
cream. Hopefully these things will be addressed as part of the
refurbishment. No real recognition of my Bonvoy status but I have learnt to
expect that.
