differently, and take risks. TEDx Navrachana International School Vadodara
invites you to create new parameters, create novel solutions to persistent
problems, seeing the bigger picture and connect the dots in unconventional ways.
It's about coming up with new ideas through passion, exploring what your heart

Ms. Kashmira Jaiswal


CURATOR, LICENSEE, CONVENER.

Meet Kashmira Jaiswal, our dynamic mentor, license holder, and Principal of
Navrachana International School (NISV CBSE). As a CBSE National Awardee, she
exemplifies excellence in teaching and school leadership. She's a perfect mix of
funny, goofy, and strict—a triple threat! Whether she's cracking jokes or laying
down the law, Kashmira Ma'am is the guiding star we all look up to. She is also
a recipient of the Global Leadership in Education Award (2016) from the
Education Council of India, the ILEP (USA) Fellowship Award (2015), and the
Pearson Teaching Award (2013). A passionate English Language Teacher and
collaborator, she serves as a Resource Person for the Centre of Excellence, COE-
CBSE. She has authored text-books for English Language Learners. As a drama
enthusiast, she writes and directs children's theatre. Nurturing a strong bond
with her students and alumni, she continues to inspire and lead with dedication
and passion.

I'm a grade 12 student. Design has always been a passion of mine through which I
can bring ideas to life and I am honoured to be the head of the team. 

Shariva Natu

I'm a grade 11 humanities student who enjoys writing, drawing and singing. I
hope to execute innovative design ideas that align with our event’s vision.

Pearl Q. McCluskie

I'm a Grade 12 student with a love for design and writing. As the head of Stage
Decor and Design for our TEDx team, I'm excited to bring our event to life with
captivating setups!

Jiya Kumar

I'm a grade 12 science student.  My hobbies range from cooking to karting,
writing to dancing! As the head of stage decor and design, I'm excited to work
with other creative brains.

 Rudra Patel

I'm a student in Grade 12 Commerce. My main interests are playing basketball and
working out in the gym. As the head of the Venue Management team, I am excited
to light up our TEDx event.

Ritika Thavrani

I'm a Grade 12 humanities student and serve as the head of our venue management
team, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the student experience.

Manan Khera

I'm a Grade 12 student who loves interacting with new people. As the Head of the
Hospitality Team, I'm excited to bring our event to life with creative and
captivating setups!

Yesha Shah 

I’m heading the hospitality team for this TEDx event. I like problem solving and
maths is one of my passions. I hope to make sure that every guest is taken care
of and their needs are catered to.

I'm a grade 12 Science stream student. In my free time, you will either find me
humming to my newest jam or cooking up random write-ups. I am heading the
cultural team at the TEDx event and looking forward to putting on an amazing
show!

Vishva

I’m from class 12 PCB. I am heading the cultural team for this TEDx event. I
like to sing and dance in my free time. Singing is my passion and I hope we can
captivate your eyes with our amazing performances.

Falak Sanghvi

I'm the head of the social media and communications team for our TEDx event. I
thrive on creating captivating content and when I'm not lost in a good book, I'm
working hard to make our TEDx event shine.

Aarna Panchal

I'm a Grade 12 student who's passionate about art and dance. I'm excited to be
the head of social media & communication for our TEDx event. My aim? To spark
awesome conversations, share creative content, and make meaningful connections!

Aryan Goel

I'm a Science student in grade 12 and the Head of the Sponsorship team. I have a
great fondness for music, reading and poetry. I have the flair and ace to secure
sponsorships and make events happen.

Ved Sheth

I’m from the science stream, heading the sponsorship program for this TEDx
event. I will make sure that the financial needs for the event are met. I aspire
to be an architect and have a passion for basketball and fashion design.

Nishka Vaidya

I'm honoured to be the Head of Registration for TEDx youth. Our goal is to
ensure that your TEDx journey is a truly memorable one, that will help you grow
as a person.  My team and I will assist you with everything from registration to
providing souvenirs.

Abhishek Tiwari 

I am a student in Science stream in Grade 12th. I have learned that key to
success is proper and simple  communication. As head of registration I would
make sure that a seamless coordination and due process is followed.

Haya

I'm heading the Tech team for the upcoming TEDx event. Photography and F1 are
two of my favourite things. It’s a pleasure to have known my team members and I
shall thrive to hear each one’s ideas and harmonise them in the best possible
way.

Riaan shah

I'm a grade 12 student and the head of the technical team. Off the court, I
enjoy analysing game data, mentoring young athletes, and leading innovative
projects, blending my athletic and technical expertise seamlessly.

Gehna Raja 

I'm heading the logistics team for the TEDx event. I like listening to music and
reading. I will be making sure that the logistics for the event are managed for
smooth execution.

Viprav Chawla 

I'm heading the Logistics team. Apart from being an avid reader, I gravitate to
anything with numbers. I aim to spearhead all operations with the same precision
and efficiency and light up our TEDx event.
