MEDIOCRE EXPERIENCE
The staff was condescending and room service almost made fun of me for
asking for a fork. (I was with a 4 year old who wanted to eat his food) we
also ordered from the room service extra meal for them to calm down. The
location is already non-convenient and not central but the attitude was
just unacceptable. When I said we are Bonvoy member and if it is possible
to upgrade our room (as it writes on our reservation if the room is
available), the person at the lobby rolled her eyes at me. She said you are
only gold and you want an upgrade? The whole experience except the bellboy
and the lady who helped with concierge( she has a mole above her lips) was
very annoying. I will not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, great friendly and accommodating staff, rooms large and

1ST TIME IN LISBON
The staff is pleasant and enjoyable. They do their best to cater to your
needs. Breakfast is great with many options. As a club member drinks and
snacks are free. Everyone speaks English but sometimes can get lost in
translation. I would definitely come back.

NOT THE BEST
Not the best Marriot. Old decor, elevators small and slow. Limited menu at
the restaurant but good service at the lobby bistro. No mini bar and no ice
machines.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE @ SHERATON LISBOA HOTEL & SPA
My wife and I had an eccellent experience staying at the Sheraton Lisboa
Hotel recently during our pre-cruise visit to Lisbon. The hotel amenities
and service was very strong and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.
The location was only a few kilometers from the Lisbon port and well
centered to visit historic sites around the city. The prices were extremely
competitive and we considered the hotel a great value.

ALWAYS PERFECT AT LISBON SHERATON
Third or fourth stay at this hotel and I am always more than satisfied.
Staff are very professional and attentive and the location is perfect,
walkable to central Lisbon. Room was very comfortable and the bath is huge
with a lovely high-pressure shower.

BONVOY MEMBERSHIP IS NOT RESPECTED AT THIS HOTEL
Nice hotel and amenities, however, the level of service has been reduced
over the last years. The most frustrating part is that if the reservation
is made using Marriott points a breakfast is not included and they charge
quite a lot of money for it.
I'm a Gold Elite member and this status may have some benefits in US but
totally ignored at this hotel.
In addition, it looks like some of the front end staff lacks experience and
provide incorrect information about the Club benefits, what's included and
what's not
