1. The CRO/UX Audit

 * Creation of the growth plan and dividing the work into sprintsWe divide all
   the scope of work into sprints which can take 1-2 weeks h. Before the
   beginning of each sprint, we should reach an agreement of what will be done
   according to priority and how long it should take.
 * UX/UI solutions creation
 * A/B tests if needed and if there is enough traffic

3. Continuous improvement phase
