HOW CAN I PAY MY BILL?



There are several ways you can pay your bill:

 * Online—Pay online by logging in or by entering your policy number, zip code,
   and agency code.  

 * Phone—You can pay over the phone by calling our billing team at 800.242.7666
   x5511. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
   (CT).  

 * Auto pay—Sign up for automatic payment options with your online account or by
   completing the personal lines or commercial lines form. 

 

If you like flexibility, you can choose a different way each time. Or if you
prefer to set it and forget it, you can set up auto payments and be good to go!

HOW CAN I REPORT A CLAIM?



Claims happen. While the situation that caused the claim may be unpleasant,
reporting a claim shouldn’t be. Our goal is to connect you with your single
point of contact for your claim quickly and easily.

 

Here’s how you can report your claim:

 * Call Acuity—Our claims team will help you with the claims process. You can
   report a claim over the phone at 800.242.7666.  

 * Online or mobile app—Report a claim online or in our app and receive the same
   great claims experience from our claims team. 

 * Contact your agent—Your agent can also report the claim on your behalf.
