TARGET AUDIENCE

The target audience includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse
practitioners, registered nurses, medical students and other medical care
providers who are interested in this medical care.


EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

At the conclusion of this symposium, participants should be able to

• Discuss the mechanisms by which mitral clip and TAVR valves improve maladies
of mitral, tricuspid, and aortic valves

• Discuss how to recognize potential benefiting patients for the new
technologies

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the
accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Texas
Heart Institute and Baylor College of Medicine. Texas Heart Institute is
