Take the first step in your journey to become an internationally certified coach
with our Level 1 ICF accredited program. This highly interactive and practical
program will provide you with the skills, competencies, tools and frameworks you
need to start coaching effectively with both internal and external clients.

Successful completion leads to the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential
with the ICF.

CORPORATE COACHING PROFICIENCY



Our ICF accredited Level 2 program is designed to further deepen your
proficiency as a coach and focuses on both the art and science of coaching that
is necessary for transformational coaching in a corporate setting.

Successful completion of Level 2 leads to two international certifications:
Level 2 PCC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Registered
Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business CoachesTM (WABCTM).

CORPORATE COACHING MASTERY



Our Level 3 program is designed for experienced coaches interested in pursuing
their Level 3 certification with the ICF. This program focuses on the following
critical areas to successfully coach in the C-Suite.

Level 3 students are given the opportunity for extensive practice through case
studies of actual coaching scenarios our C-Suite Coach faculty have experienced.

LEADER AS A COACH PROGRAM



Our Leader as a Coach program provides your leaders with coaching essentials,
including a coaching mindset, competencies and tools to effectively coach their
team members for optimal performance and career development.  Your leaders will
achieve an internal coach certification for successful completion of this
program.  They can also choose to upgrade to our Level 1 program which is a
pathway for certification with ICF Associate Certified Coach. 

The ‘Leader as a Coach’ program can also be customised for in-house delivery for
your leadership team. It provides your leaders with essential coaching
competencies with specific reference to your organisation and support them to
increase engagement, empower your team and maximize performance.

TEAM COACHING CERTIFICATION



According to ICF, team coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the
coaching profession and is one of the most effective ways to scale your impact
across an organization. It is aligned with the new ICF Team Coaching
competencies and focuses on 14 proprietary team coaching tools proven to
transform team effectiveness and results.

Successful completion of the Team Coaching Certificate program leads to a
Progress-U Team Coaching certification.
