OPERATING PHILOSOPHY

A QCC customer’s experience is managed professionally from the point of sale to
the delivery of service. By focusing on not just meeting the needs but
augmenting our offering by anticipating future requirements, QCC’s experienced
team can provide an innovative and cost-effective proposal.

FOCUSED ON QUALITY

Great service is the only criterion that makes a catering assignment
outstanding. The food needs to be of optimal quality to begin with. Since
quality and service have a symbiotic relationship. One must support the other in
order to make the end product exceptional.
Aligning the needs of the client with our commitment to providing excellence,
QCC’s Quality Pledge promotes measurable standards of top-tier service.

QCC QUALITY PLEDGE

“QCC pledges to continually endeavor to exceed quality expectations.
The management, catering specialists and staff commit to the meeting of all
requirements for optimal customer satisfaction as a priority. By determining
controls for the type of initial products used and successively monitoring
customer satisfaction at the end, QCC promises to evolve its offering.
Endeavoring to drive improvements on Quality & Hygiene Policy, each department
promises to integrate the best practices into training new staff and to conduct
periodic Quality Awareness Training programs for existing employees.
QCC also commits to maintain, meet and strive to exceed the client’s
expectations”

SAFETY & HYGIENE

QCC has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 22000:
2018 & ISO 45001 : 2018…

We all know that forgetting about food safety is a surefire recipe for disaster.
Safeguarding food and enabling our workforce to maintain the highest
international-level of food safety standards, QCC has comprehensively
implemented the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program.
Alleviating risks to avoid unfortunate incidents, HACCP implements ‘best
practice’ protocols as promoted by the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the
U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as
well as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

QCC’S SALIENT MECHANISMS INCLUDE:

 * *

 * * Monitoring and controlling the temperatures of food during cooking,
     holding, serving, cooling, and reheating

 * * Training our food service specialists in proper hand washing techniques and
guaranteeing the use of disposable gloves as well as not allowing sick
     employees to handle food

 * * Teaching employees on how to prevent cross-contamination and empowering
them with the tools to do so

 * * Conducting intermittent food safety self-inspection for every QCC food
     production and handling unit

From the produce stage to the plate, QCC applies food safety management system
in line with ISO 22000 : 2005 standard, thus ensuring our meal service is always
safe for consumption.

serious about complaints and escalation procedures. Ensuring that any time – day
or night, weekday or weekend, all year long – our customers are guaranteed
satisfaction.
For Site Management, a customer’s main point of contact, efficiency in

the issue is unresolved, escalations to the Business Development Director,
