This Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course aims to educate
construction and civils managers, site managers and rental companies about
transitioning from diesel to renewable alternatives on construction, civils,
groundworking and utilities sites, basically anywhere that uses a diesel
generator! Participants will gain an understanding of the environmental impact
of diesel, explore renewable energy options, and learn practical strategies for
making the transition.
Learning Outcomes:
* Discuss the environmental impact of diesel usage on construction sites
* Understand the operational challenges of onsite diesel utilisation
* Explore the renewable energy alternatives that are already available
* The benefits and challenges of transitioning to renewable energy
* Practical strategies for successfully transitioning to renewable energy
