Welcoming You Back to the Disneyland Resort

Magic is back at:

 * Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park
 * Disneyland Hotel
 * Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
 * Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel
 * Downtown Disney District

Public health authorities, government officials and our team of health and
safety experts continue to carefully monitor health and safety conditions and
adapt guidelines as necessary.

As we have done since we began our phased reopening, we’ve been very intentional
and gradual in our approach to our COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Based
on recent trends and guidance, Disneyland Resort will be making adjustments to
these measures, which may continue to change at any time without notice.

We are managing attendance by requiring all Guests to obtain a reservation for
park entry in advance. To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) will
need a valid ticket and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park
they want to visit. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to
availability.

The State of California strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated
or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort. It
is strongly recommended that Guests wear face coverings when indoors and in
enclosed transportation. Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and
older), regardless of vaccination status, in certain indoor health settings,
such as in First Aid. Face coverings are optional for Guests in outdoor areas.

As always, our procedures may change as we continue to follow guidance from the
state of California and local health officials, so check back to this page for
the latest updates.

See below for important details to know before you visit.

Important Information

Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants and other locations may be limited in
capacity and subject to limited availability or closure.

Furthermore, certain attractions, experiences, services and amenities may be
modified, have limited availability or may remain closed. Park admission and
offerings are not guaranteed. We will provide more information as it becomes
available. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations, admission media or
purchases and provide applicable refunds. While the FASTPASS and Disney MaxPass
services have been retired, our new Disney Genie service is now available. If
you’re currently holding a ticket with Disney MaxPass, please contact your
Travel Professional to learn more about your options. If you use your ticket
with a Disney MaxPass entitlement for park entry while the Disney MaxPass
service is retired, you will have until the expiration date set forth on your
ticket to choose an option for your Disney MaxPass entitlement. Please keep a
copy of your ticket after its use, as the ticket number is required when
requesting an option for your Disney MaxPass entitlement. We will be unable to
honor any new requests for an eligible ticket after its stated expiration date.

Guests must properly wear approved face coverings as required, refrain from
using offensive/abusive language and follow all other Park rules. Disney
reserves the right to require a Guest to leave if they fail to comply.

COVID-19 Warning

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people
are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe
illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html), senior citizens and
Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting the Disneyland Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to
exposure to COVID-19.

Help keep each other healthy.

Health Acknowledgement

 * Experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the
   Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
   * Fever or chills
   * Cough
   * Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
   * Fatigue

   * Nausea or vomiting
   * Diarrhea
 * In contact with or have been in contact with, someone with confirmed or
   suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 10-day quarantine

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter the
Disneyland Resort. If at any point during their visit, a Guest does not meet all
of the above criteria, they and their traveling party will be required to
isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the property.

If you need to reschedule your reservation, please call your Travel
Professional.

By entering the Disneyland Resort, you acknowledge that you understand and will
abide by all health-and-safety requirements.

Please note that the State of California recommends and encourages awareness of
the following:

 * Everyone is encouraged to get vaccinated when eligible.
 * Everyone is encouraged to sign up for CA Notify as an added layer of
   protection for themselves and the community to receive alerts when they have
   been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19.
 * Please be aware that there is risk in attending large crowded events where
   the vaccine status of others in attendance may be unknown to the
   individuals.
 * Please be aware that there is risk in attending large crowded events for
   populations that may not currently be eligible for vaccination, or may be
   immunocompromised and whose vaccine protection may be incomplete.
