WHAT IS F1 IN SCHOOLS?

F1 in Schools is an educational entrepreneurship program performed globally in a
competition that replicates the challenges of the Formula 1 race. Different
groups of young people are encouraged to create companies in a collaborative
environment, working as a team to represent their country. So they use a variety
of technological resources to design, model, and test a prototype of an F1 car.
During the competition preparation period, we are encouraged to grow a company,
working in marketing, Business, Engineering, Physics, and other fields. As
students, the teams are not only responsible for the creation of the cars but
also for managing the companies to make them successful.

ABOUT SPARK

The Spark team was created in December of 2018, for the first national finals.
In that season, the Spark team was awarded the research and development award. A
year later, the Spark team was classified again for the national finals. At that
time, the Spark team did a great job, and that put them in the first positions
as the Brazilian champions, which opens the door to the world finals of F1 in
Schools 2019/20. The Spark-Team purpose is to inspire young people with their
initiatives about the STEAM methodology. The Spark team will overcome the
challenges proposed by F1 in schools with the team and the commitment of
projects around the competition.

WE ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS OF F1 SCHOOLS 2020

F1 in Schools is a STEM championship that pushes teenagers between 9-19 years
old to build a business inspired by a real Formula 1 Scuderia, for that we need
to build a car, bring sponsors, create and maintain a social media, a plan,  and
build a pit display. In the world finals, 50 teams are competing to be The World
Champions and to win the season. So far, more than 2 million students have been
impacted by the project.

The world finals usually happen in the last GP’S of the year so that students
can visit the pilot’s pit stop and learn more about the F1 universe

TV, radio, and will be present on different websites, which make it a very
