LOOKUP PAYOFFS

Lookup vehicle trade-in payoff amounts by entering a few small pieces of
information. Payoff quotes are valid for a 10 day period.

LOOKUP HISTORY

The DPS system maintains a history of vehicle payoff lookup queries, so your
dealership won't waste time repeating work.

PAYOFF QUEUE

Once your dealership is ready to proceed with the payoff of a trade-in vehicle,
add it to the 'Payoff Queue' to be processed at the end of day.

PAYMENT HISTORY

The DPS system also maintains a history of payments made. These may include a
single payoff, or a batch of payoffs made in a single submission.

HOW DO I REQUEST A DEMO?

HOW DOES MY AUTO DEALERSHIP SIGN-UP FOR THE DPS SYSTEM?

Your auto dealership will be paired with a member of our onboarding team to
obtain both basic information about your business, as well as ownership and
financial info that will be utilized to integrate with online payment processing
systems. We will then assist you in creating users at various permission levels
in the system.

WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR PAYMENTS TO REACH THE LENDER?

By implementing online payment processing, we are able to reduce the timeframe
from weeks (mailing payments by check), to a few short days!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A TITLE TO BE OBTAINED FOR THE TRADE-IN?

By processing payments electronically within a few days, the participating
lender's title vault is notified much faster than in the past. While we are
still relying on the lender to communicate with their title vault in a timely
manner, the timeframe should be significantly reduced.

DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE?

The Dealer Payoff System (DPS) by National Express Payoff is a hosted, secure
solution, accessible via a web browser. Being a web-based solution, there is no
software to install and maintain on your PCs, nor costly servers to maintain on
your premises.

WHAT BENEFIT DOES NATIONAL EXPRESS PAYOFF BRING TO MY DEALERSHIP?

By integrating directly with participating lenders to obtain up-to-date trade-in
