REGISTER FOR AN ONLINE PROGRAM

 * New students will need to apply to UW-Stevens Point before registering for
   credit courses.
 * Prospective students not seeking a degree can apply as a non-degree seeking
   student.
 * Current students can register for online courses via accesSPoint.
 * For online non-credit continuing education classes or trainings, visit UWSP
   Continuing Education and Outreach – Online Learning.

Online learning requires adept time management, organizational skills, and
technology skills. UW-Stevens Point provides a variety of support services in
technology and academics specifically for the online student. Explore the
options below to learn more about the services and resources available to you.

TECHNOLOGY



 * Canvas is the learning management system used by the entire University of
   Wisconsin-System. Canvas support is available 24/7/365. Enrolled students can
   click the Help button in Canvas and contact support via email, chat, or
   phone.
 * The UWSP IT Service Desk aids with other technology requests.




ACADEMICS



 * The Library offers distance education resources and students can seek
   assistance from a librarian via phone, email, or chat.
 * The Tutoring-Learning Center (TLC) provides virtual tutoring in courses and
   technology as well as writing assistance.
   * The TLC provides an Online Learning Resources site that includes tips on
     learning online, technologies at UWSP, academic support services, self-care
     recommendations, and frequently asked questions.

Our tuition is one of the lowest in the State of Wisconsin and the Midwest. In
addition, undergraduate students can take advantage of our Text Rental program
