Awesome team! They respond quickly, provide outstanding service, and best, I
know they all really care. Ted and Tyler just diagnosed and fixed my sump pump’s
discharge pipe that had broken right outside my house and caused chaos. It was a
big job, and through it all they had outstanding positive attitudes, were so
knowledgeable and successfully resolved the issue, and kindly answered my many
questions along the way. I greatly appreciate them! I am also very thankful for
Mike, he’s exceptional and I’ve worked with him for many years. Ryan and Ben
have been wonderful for my HVAC work too. Everyone from there has been great. I
know I can always count on Wm. Masters for all the services the company

We just got a new furnace, AC, humidifier, and air cleaner. Love the system. It
is so quiet and comfortable. Shawn came to the house to give us an estimate and
was so helpful. Luke and Josh did a great job putting it in and explaining
everything. Both were very polite and careful. All this happened within a few
days of me initially calling. I love Wm. Masters!

doing and fixed it quickly! I called and they had someone out the next day - and

Wm Masters installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home, as well a
new electrical panel. Buster, Zac and Luke worked together very efficiently to
install the furnace and relocate the new air conditioner to different wall on
the exterior of our house. Trey and Dillon did a great job switching out our old
fuse box to a modern breaker panel, as well as modifying the old exterior AC
220V service to a new 110V weather protected receptacle. The Wm Masters teams
were very willing to answer any questions that I had in a friendly and
professional manner. The day before the team came out to install the new system,
Ben came out to perform a thorough duct cleaning. We were impressed with quality
of his work and the care that he took while working in our home. I would
definitely recommend Wm Masters for your HVAC needs. We have trusted their team
for nearly 30 years.
