MANDAN RODEO DAYS

One of the world’s oldest rodeos, the Mandan Rodeo will celebrate its 145th year
in 2024. Every July 2nd-4th in Mandan, ND, the Mandan Rodeo hosts some of Pro
Rodeo’s most premier riders across the sport of rodeo. In 2023, the Mandan Rodeo
welcomed in a new permanent rodeo facility — Dale Pahlke Arena — which has been
called a world class rodeo facility by many in the industry.

Both July 3rd and 4th were sell-out crowds in 2023 to see the performance and
the Mandan Rodeo hosted its first concert featuring country music star Chancey
Williams.

The Mandan Rodeo is a 501(c)3 organization that elevates the sport of rodeo in
North Dakota and continues to grow following its partnership with Funatix
Events.

THE BISMARCK MARATHON

North Dakota’s longest-running marathon turns 43 years old in 2024 — the
Bismarck Marathon!

Home to events and race distances for the whole family — 26.2 mi., 13.1 mi.,
10K, 5K, Kids Mini Marathon, BisBark 4K, Adaptive Race, and more, the Bismarck
Marathon is the Capital City’s premier racing weekend. The Bismarck Marathon
typically takes place the third weekend of September. In 2023, the race moved to
a new location — the ND State Capitol Grounds!

As a 501(c)3 non profit organization, the Bismarck Marathon gives back every
year to local charities and organizations that support their mission of creating
a healthier community for the youth.

In 2023, the Bismarck Marathon donated over $55,000 to local organizations.

DACOTAH SPEEDWAY

Home to the FASTEST Friday nights in Bismarck-Mandan, the Dacotah Speedway is a
high-banked, three-eighths-mile clay oval dirt track and a premier motorsports
venue in central North Dakota.

With its state-of-the-art facilities and exciting racing action, Dacotah
Speedway is a must-visit destination for motorsports fans. The Bismarck-Mandan
Stock Car Association (BMSCA) was founded in 1980.

Racing takes place from April (weather permitting) through the end of September
and features many flagship events including the Iron Man 100, Governor’s Cup
Auto Races, the Dakota Modified Tour, and Oktoberfest.

MAC & CHEESE FESTIVAL

Established in 2023, the Mac & Cheese Festival is one of Funatix Events newest
attractions!

Home to competition between some of North Dakota’s most talented chefs, local
restaurants and food trucks from around the state come together to create their
spin on macaroni & cheese. Plus, attendees enjoy local craft beers and drinks
from Laughing Sun Brewing Co. and Bismarck Distillery.

There’s something for everyone to do in the family with a special kids zone
featuring inflatables and more.
