1. What does David’s Bridal’s restructuring mean for me?

Our commitment to serving the modern bride is stronger than ever. While we are
exploring a sale of our company in a transparent, court-supervised process, our
stores are open, and we intend to fulfill orders without disruption or delay.

2. Will I still get my dress on time?

Delivering every order on time remains our singular focus, and we plan to
continue to do so at the highest levels throughout this process.

3. Can I still visit my local store?

Our stores are open, and our Dream Makers are ready to help you prepare for your
big event. Our alterations department is available to serve as usual.

4. Can I still shop online?

Absolutely!

5. Are there any changes to your return policy?

At this time, customers can continue submitting returns and exchanges for
dresses in accordance with our existing policies.

6. I have a gift card. Can I still use it?

Customers may continue using gift cards in-store through the close of business
on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

7. Can I still purchase a gift card?

At this time, gift cards are no longer available for purchase.

8. I have Store Credits. Can I still use them?

Customers may continue redeeming Store Credits in-store through close of
business on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

9. I’m a Diamond member. What happens to my points?

Thank you for your loyalty. We expect you can continue to earn and redeem your
Diamond points for rewards, like a free honeymoon.

10. I’m planning my wedding on Pearl. Can I still access the platform?

Pearl remains accessible for all your wedding planning needs. Thank you for
choosing us to join you on your journey as you plan your big day.

11. Who can I contact for more information?

Our Dream Center is open and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve
