How to view and export sales reports in your Zettle Backoffice

Viewing sales reports, customising time periods and exporting Excel files from
my dot zettle dot com, and

Zettle by PayPal.

The overview page on Zettle. The menu button is pressed. A blue label appears

The user’s information loads on the Sales details page.

Another label appears, Choose between day, month, year, or custom dates. The

Export, a menu drops down. Another label, Choose Report Excel.

A notification appears in the bottom left corner, stating, File is being
generated, with the option to cancel.

whether they would like to download the Sales Report with the options to View,
Download, or exit.

A blue label appears, Click Download.

A notification appears in the bottom left corner with a tick mark,

There is an option to close the notification.

How to add products and inventory in Zettle's point of sale

How to accept a payment and view sales reports in Zettle's point of sale

In the product library in the Zettle point of sale app, a blue label appears to
instruct the user. It reads, Select a product from the product library. The user
does so, and a product is added to the virtual shopping cart on the right.

Another label appears that reads, Select Card.

A popup appears, prompting the user to tap or insert their payment card on the
card reader. The payment shows as in progress, and then is approved.

On the next page, the receipt for the transaction is shown. A Label instructs,
Press Done. On the next page, a blue tick appears and the words Thank you
appear.

Back in the product library, a label appears that says, Select menu in the top
left corner, followed by the another label, Select Reports. The user does so.

Under reports, a label appears, Press View sales reports.

On the next page, a label reads, Scroll down to see your sales reports.

The user scrolls and can view information such as Total sales, Sales by hour,
Payments and fees, Cash payments, and Sales by sales channels.
