Note: First time login/Forgot/Reset/Change password is usually done via OTP
process over Email & SMS. However, for NRI/GIB customers, the OTP over SMS
service is only available if the customer has provided their Indian mobile
number in the contact detail that too subject to network availability or
activation of international roaming facility on the provided number. Currently
facility of OTP on International number is not provided by YSL. There is no
change in the OTP process over registered email id.
