HOW TO CHANGE LINK TEXT COLOR ON NEW EMAIL TEMPLATE
Hi friends!I assume this would be an easy answer but I can’t seem to figure it
out. With the old/previous “editing templates”, I had no issues changing the
Link Text details however using the new/updating editing template, looks what's
happening.New template link color #C88755email campaign test run: shows blue
link text color when I want #c88755As you can see I'd like to change Link Text
color to #c88755 however, when I test out a campaign and view this in preview,
it’s blue! How come? Thanks in advance 🍃

HOW DO I GET MY DISAPPEARED SEGMENTS BACK?
Unfortunately my segments have disappeared and are not in archived!! Can you put
them back or are the gone. I made then for every state in Australia. I don’t
understand how they can just disappear! Is there any other way of recovery or I
have to make them all again? Bev PS one more question the pop out subscribers
list is not meant to come out until the person is leaving the page it comes out
as soon as the page is loaded? What do you recommend to do about this? PSS my
customers are getting an you left something it your cart after they have
purchased something? Ive looked at my flow but don’t understand why this is
happening, its terrible for my customers? I will wait your reply 😊

Hi there,When we switched from Mailchimp to Klaviyo a few months ago, this was
kind of a disappointment, because we rely on image maps a lot in our campaign
emails. To be clear, I can make it work fine on desktop, but the map coordinates
don’t work on mobile. And for the life of me, I cannot figure out how come
it worked Mailchimp’s editor, because it was essentially the same process (image
map added via html, using a text box) Just an example below. Again, it works

IMPLEMENT EMBED KLAVIYO FORMS IN SPA APPS LIKE GATSBYJS / REACTJS.
Hi there, I am embedding klaviyo forms in our GatsbyJs project, you can also say
ReactJS, as it doesn’t actually refresh the page while navigating between pages,
the forms are not getting initialized, as the JS doesn’t go to find for embed
code and implement because I believe that the forms are only initialized on
DOMContentLoaded event and I didn’t find any trigger to pass formId/ListId and
companyId which initializes the form. So, do I have any option to trigger the
initialization or I have to do this weird thing called refresh/reload page.

LEGACY FORM - NOT ADDING PERSON TO LIST
Hi! I’m adding in a legacy form section to a Shopify store. I followed this
documentation
(https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form)
and am successfully getting people into Klayvio. But when I go an look at my
list, they don’t appear. Here’s what I’ve tried/checked:Used an incognito
browser + multiple email addresses never used in this klayvio account Single
opt-in on the lists Ensured that the LIST_ID is in the hidden field, and in the
post and that I only have one Klayvio form per page and that it has a unique ID
for the js to target That I’m getting a success message (200) from Klayvio’s API
Tried directly coping Klayvio’s HTML/CSS/JS to the page and updating the LIST_ID
and it still isn’t workingAny ideas? It did work for like an hour, and then I
cam back the next morning and it didn’t. I didn’t make any changes You can see

HOW CAN I COLLECT MY TYPEFORM QUIZ'S OUTCOME RESULTS IN MY ACCOUNT?
I’m using Typeform to create a “which product is right for you” quiz. I would
like to create segmented flows based on the results. When I look at the data
returned on the customer profile page, I see all of the questions asked within
the quiz, but the final ending/result is not there. The ending is designed to
determine someone’s affinity for a type of product: it I’m not able to import
their result, it’s not simple to try creating segments out of multiple responses
to the quiz. Please tell me there’s something I’m missing!

RETRO SEND FLOW EMAIL TO NEW SUBSCRIBER?
I’m new to Klaviyo and have launched my first flow for new subscribers. I set it
up as an email party that began today and will send emails everyday this week.
Everything seems to be going okay except some new subscribers joined this
morning and I’m unsure how to send the email from today rather than the first
automated email to confirm they were on the list. I hope this doesn’t sound too
confusing!What I’m asking is, how do I send an email in the flow manually?

solution / as a work around? What can we do to surface our need for change to
both klaviyo and t-online?We are stuck with manual labor. The team is repairing
not performing.klaviyo says: “Get a dedicated IP or wait.”note: As a general
baseline, you should send at least 50,000 emails per month at least twice per
month (for 100,000 emails total) in order to warm up your IP.t-online postmaster
says: “Send me klaviyos sender and I clear them.” Klavyio aims to be part of
CSA, deliverbility expert @francis.baker says even though in his own words
“T-Online is currently not listed as a member of CSA” and “We currently have no
evidence, that it will assist with making inbox placement at T-Online easier.”I
am happy for any helpful information or work around or anything towards
solution.
