PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices with respect to your use of
the mobile and/or web software (hereinafter: "the Software") and the gaming
service offered therein (hereinafter: "the Service"), provided by JustPlay.LOL
LTD of Israel ("Company") either on the website www.jutplay.lol or other
websites of the Company, or through mobile devices. This Privacy Policy
constitutes part of our Terms of Use available at https://www.justplay.lol/ and
constitutes part thereof.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you choose to download the Software and use the Service, you may be
requested to allow us to extract basic information about your device ID in
accordance with your privacy preferences within App Store or Google Play
applicable policies. Among others, in accordance with such policies, during the
download process you will be requested to explicitly indicate whether you grant
us permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies,
acknowledging that the data collected from you will be used to deliver
personalized ads to you.

When you use the Software and the Service, we may collect non-personal anonymous
information such as IP address, device UDID/IDFA, web browser, etc., to improve
the functionality of the Software. We may also employ third party ad-serving
and/or analytics technologies (such as Google Admob or CPMStars) that use
various methods to collect information through the Software and the Service.
These technologies may be embedded within the Software and the Service and may
collect demographic and location information as well as information from your
device including but not limited to IP address, device UDID/IDFA, software,
applications, hardware, browser information, internet and online usage
information and in-game information.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you (such as your
real name, your physical or email address, or phone number). Nonetheless, you
are requested to enter a user name when using the Service. It is recommended
that your own user name shall not be your real name. If you choose so, we may
also collect from you the user names of friends you wish to play with using the
Software online.

When signing into the Service using an external social network user (such as
Facebook or Google), you are granting permission to the social network to share
your user details with us.

When using the Software and the Service, you may also elect to purchase certain
in-game products (such as "skins") for using certain features of the Software.
Please refer to our Terms of Use with respect to our policy with regard to such
purchases.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The anonymous information collected through the Software is used for the purpose
of operating the Software and improvements thereof.

You agree that we may send you notifications through the Software and the
Service regarding additional features or products.

At any time, you may contact us with respect to information provided to us, and
we will attend to your approach and shall assist you in case you wish us to

in good faith that the disclosure of the information is required by any

In the event that you click on a link to one of the business partners
advertising within the Software, such third party shall not receive from us any
