MY VISION IS TO RYS BOISE:

2020 was a year of painful division and grief from which it is time to RYS
(rise) above.  I offer a private, safe, inclusive space for Boise friends to
move your body, give your mind a break, and create breathing room for your soul.

I am April,  when I started practicing hot yoga my spirit was broken, my body
weak, and my mind exhausted from my then present trauma and drive to perform.  I
found a release to let go of how I thought life should be and a practice that
allowed me to enjoy the present.  I found a tribe where I felt I belonged.  I
began teaching as a way to love people in my community as I had learned to love
myself.  My passion is to lead and empower others to discover their best self,
peace, and joy.  Whether you want to move your body, grow personally or
spiritually, or be more present, it would be my honor to guide you. 




The instructors at R Yoga Studio come from many lineages and have been known for
their expertise and commitment to each and every student, no matter their needs
or skill level. We are proud of the dedicated Boise  Community, and look forward
to welcoming you to our yoga family.
