My unit is very informative and good for mechanical engineering pass outs and
freshers. working under senior engineers is good. They always helps us and
shares all the information and studies they have learnt in that period of time.
Work culture is very nice. Here. Our mental health is also not compromised.
There are competitions events every six months training sessions, safety
meetings for every month. So it is nice to work here....Read More


DISLIKES

The cons working in Aarti industries, Hr first of all the salary. Salary here is
less looking to the average salary spent on the engineers in other related
companies. As working in an chemical plant, every engineer and other workers
work in a hazardous environment and work risking their lives. Mostly the worker
level here are the locals. So while working with them is bit of a challenge.

The Company has a good name and maybe the other teams are good but the LEGAL
team is the worst team one can ever work in as long as the General Counsel is
still in the company (Ms. Tolat), if she is working for the company no legal
work can ever be done, and no employee/ human being can work in that team for
more than 6 months. Although you can work there if you are good at corporate
politics, flattery and slander. If you possess these qualities, then you can
work here with ease, in fact you might even get a promotion. The pay parity at
its worst, the intern/trainee is paid more than the assistant manager and at the
end of the training period will be promoted to become the deputy manager, making
her the senior of the people who trained them in the first place, (Jitni
gaaliyaan aati hain dedo). The CHRO weirdly looks at women making g them feel
miserable amd uncomfortable. The General Counsel is loony and nutjob as she
hates it when the team is bonding, she hates it when the team has lunch
together, she has a problem if you want to take a leave - before taking a leave,
even if it is for one day, there will be a discussion that shall last from 50 to
90 minutes (depends if you just let her talk nonstop it will end in 50 to 60
minutes, but if you defend yourself or answer back it may last up to 90 to 100
minutes) because she loves argument. Also, don't try to take this up with
management or the CFO (both are useless), they will pretend to hear all your
problems and assure you that they will take care of the issues, and make amends
but in reality they will just go and tell the whole thing to the general counsel
and she will use this information to make your life miserable. I wish I could
mention all the points but it is not possible....Read More

Micromanagement by general counsel, she will not let you work eventually you
will leave this place in few months. 7 qualified lawyers left this job because
of general counsel please do not join this company you will end up in mental
trauma and depression due to her behaviour with you. Work is not important in
legal department gossips are if you are great in gossip you don’t need to face
any issue you will have fun here. If you are hardworking then you won’t be able
to survive just like we all left this place coz of our legal head Ms. Tolat. You
are not allowed to talk to your colleagues, you can’t take breaks, bitching is
the main agenda, leaves are not allowed in probation (as per our general counsel
dictatorship) in emergency if you take leaves you will have to pay for it later
( I mean mental torture will be there for this and you end up hearing this 2000
times). No hybrid work mode alternate Saturday’s work from home will be given by
general counsel for that also she will tell you that you did not work or
available during work from home for that also 45 min explanation will be
required. Working hours are 9 hours out of which you supposed to attend meeting
for 6 hours and remaining hours you will be in cabin making notes and at the end
you will be inefficient. your personal and professional life will be destroyed
along with your mental health. General counsel will make sure that you leave
this place within few months and you have no idea why you are facing such
issues. you cant be vocal if you are then you will feel it in few days in
office. current situation is 7 people left this job in 1 year only trainee is
working in legal team. please join at your own risk. Also special note your
manager will be taking leaves every month but you supposed to be in office coz
it’s her territory and you will do whatever she says. No help from management,
HR no one will take action....Read More

Aarti belongs to chemical industry but it is always ready to adapt new
technologies.


DISLIKES

Here's no work life balance. You have to change your life schedule every week
because of shift rotation. And will not get any extra perks for coming in shift
like night allowance or we can say cab service for those who are coming or going
through silent hours while those employees who are coming in general shift they
are getting 5 days week but shift employees will get 5.5 days a week.

I would say AIL as Aarti institute of learning because there is no limit for
learning and developed your skills lots of training program and growth program
held by company for example - B.E chemical course for non chemical field
engineers and management course(MBA , SCM ,etc) from IIM for manager and above
levels. 05 days working


DISLIKES

Only one thing is slightly negative is salary package which is not as per
today's standards. There must be salary revision in every 3 years to maintain
salary gaps and inflation rates.

This plateform is good for learning, self knowledge growth, freedom for work.
Paid salary- time to time. Excellent safety.


DISLIKES

HR department working style is poor. Safety department worked like a police.
associate family (supervisor level) growth is poor. but officer (exicutive)and
