Home Watch is NOT a security service. Although it does provide a level of security by visiting the home on a regular basis. Home Watch is NOT a house-sitting service, which is when a person is physically living in the home when the homeowner is absent. My name is Jim Farley, owner and operator of Citizen Jack Home Watch Services located in Sarasota, FL. I am a native son of Florida, born and raised in south Florida. After graduating from college, I moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue a career in medical sales. Although Atlanta was my primary home for the last 30 + years, I have had second homes in the last 30 years in both Sarasota and Manatee counties. I moved back to Sarasota for good in 2017. I fully understand the anxiety that can arise when problems occur in your home away from home and you are 500, 1000 or more miles away. When a problem does arise, whether it is plumbing, mold, electrical, pest control, unlocked doors and windows, etc., a solution needs to be found quickly and efficiently. Citizen Jack HWS is bonded, insured, licensed and accredited. We service Sarasota and Manatee counties. TAKE A QUICK TOUR OF CITIZEN JACK HOME WATCH! When and if an issue does occur, you will be contacted immediately and together we will work on providing a solution. Here is what Citizen Jack promises: * We will diligently inspect and check your home weekly or bi-monthly at your request. * Proof of the visits to your home will be sent to you using GPS location software. * A written report will be issued after every inspection within 24 hours. * If an issue occurs you will be contacted immediately by phone, text, and or email.
