The only shelves that are available for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG
26 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled French Door Refrigerator, Model #
LFXS26973S are replacements for the Hybrid Cantilevered Split
SpillProtector™ Tempered Glass shelves that originally come with the
refrigerator. There aren't any sliding shelves available for this

3. the bottom freezer ice maker is always covered with snow/ice. I have to
take a plastic scrapper to remove the snow in order for the inner draw to
open. Is this normal or does the door not seal properly. I've only had this
fridge since 11/21

Do you have any error codes showing on the display for the ENERGY STAR®
Qualified LG 26 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled French Door Refrigerator,
Model # LFXS26973S? An FF error code indicates that the unit has
detected an issue with the freezer fan. This can sometimes be caused by
frost buildup and can usually be resolved by manually defrosting the
freezer. If you notice frost build-up along the walls of the freezer
compartment, you will need to check the leveling and door alignment
(see Leveling and Door Alignment in your owner's manual). You will also
need to check the gaskets to ensure that they are not folded or
damaged. If there is no frost along the walls of the freezer
compartment, the refrigerator will require repair service...^Ivan

6. Do I Have to do anything special to get bypass to work on water filter,
having issues getting replacement filter to work and just use ice maker not

You do not have to do anything special for the built-in bypass filter

7. We have a whole house water filter. Can we remove the LG filter from the
refridgerator and still get water thru the door? Is there a cap that has to
be screwed in? Is it included?

Door Refrigerator, Model # LFXS26973D does not come with a toe kick.
There is not enough clearance under the freezer compartment door for a
toe kick to fit under...^IFV
