<p>You can use the online payments if you have a reference number for each bill being paid. You can find the reference numbers on your bill or invoice.</p>

invoice number beginning with 4, or eleven digits starting with 117</li>

account number beginning with 6 or 7</li>

<li><strong><a class="sys_0 sys_t0" href="/planning/building_control/pay-for-building-regulations-application.aspx">Building Control payments</a></strong> - if you have an invoice you
must <a title="Invoice payments" class="sys_16" href="https://ip.e-paycapita.com/AIP/itemSelectionPage.do?link=showItemSelectionPage&siteId=429&languageCode=EN&fc=04">pay directly using your invoice number instead</a>

planning portal or planning application number</li>

<p>Payments made before 5pm will normally be credited to your account within the following working day.</p>

<p>Our Online Payments service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an Online Payments, you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card details. This information will only be used to complete
the transaction/s and will not be used for any other purpose and is subject to the Councils Data Protection registration and Privacy Statement. Actual financial transactions are processed within a secure environment to protect your
transactions. Once your transaction has been completed and you move to another web page, you will receive a warning message advising that you will be redirected back to an insecure site. This should not cause concern - your credit/debit
card information is NOT transmitted out of the secure site.</p>

Home 2. Online payments ONLINE PAYMENTS You can use the online payments if you have a reference number for each bill being paid. You can find the reference numbers on your bill or invoice. * An invoice with an eight digit invoice number beginning with 4, or eleven digits starting with 117 * Council Tax - an eight digit account number beginning with 6 or 7 * Business Rates - an eight digit account number beginning with 9 * Housing Benefit Overpayments - the invoice numbers start with a 8 and are normally 7 digits long including the 8 * Parking Penalty - reference beginning with GA * Blue Badge payments - your reference will be given to you when you apply * Building Control payments - if you have an invoice you must pay directly using your invoice number instead * Planning application payments - the reference number will be from the planning portal or planning application number Payments made before 5pm will normally be credited to your account within the following working day. If you can't find the payment type you want to make on this page, visit the relevant service pages.
