An update from Gail

Hi everyone

I wanted to share a quick message to let you know from next week, I’ll be taking
some extended time off while I undergo a long overdue knee surgery.

I expect to be back in May and will be transitioning back into the office from
there. In the meantime, I leave you in the safe and capable hands of the Senior
Leadership Team. Each of them are clear on their priorities and I know as a team
they’re focused on driving our business forward and ensuring we’re there for our
customers and our partners when they need us.

While I can’t be there, I hope you all enjoy the opportunity to get together at
the Quarterly next month to hear the latest business updates and celebrate our
strong first quarter results. These results are a testament to the hard work and
dedication of each and every one of you across the business - you can all be
very proud yourselves.

We have a big year ahead with many exciting growth initiatives in the pipeline
so please continue to keep up the fantastic work.

I look forward to seeing you all upon my return.

Take care

Gail

Something smells smishy

With one of our employees recently receiving a text scam attempt on their work

Third Party Notifications in Direct Access

Direct Access now has a new feature that allows managers to notify third party
members when leave is approved. This feature is useful for situations where
other users within the organisation need to be informed of the leave approval,
such as indirect managers, HR staff or project coordinators.

Sharing our customers' stories

How Key Person Replacement cover saved a Lower Hutt business

Protecting our customers' life's work is why we come to work each day. We met
Lower Hutt businessman Dave Jensen who was initially sceptical about the need
for business insurance before a serious mountain biking accident left him unable
to work for a long time.
