<p>The Ohio Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect the new rates for 2024. Effective January 1, 2024, the minimum wage will be $10.45 per hour and the minimum wage for tipped employees will increase to $5.25 per hour, plus
tips. </p>
<p> Employers who gross less than $385,000 must pay their employees no less than the current federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour. </p>
