Meet the team

POLLOS

A mover and shaker by nature, Pollos never sits still. Her inspiration and
creativity form the integral part of the success of The House Planner. She
thrives on collaboration with selected business partners and associates. She has
the ability to make dreams a reality, both in the growth of the businesses as
well as the clients we serve.

ADRIAN

Adrian is the quiet but strong one. As a director, he oversees The House Planner
group of businesses and keeps everything running smoothly. Adrian is the
backbone of the business and his acumen is evident throughout.

BERT

Bert brings Pollos’s architectural designs to life in a digital form, making
their clients ideas a reality! His technical knowledge of all things is
incredible and his consistency topped with a great attitude makes him an
invaluable part of The House Planner team. 

JANDA

Level-headed and very capable, we all depend on Janda as our general manager at
The House Planner. Over and above, she takes care of the guest houses, accounts
and the vibe at The House Planner. She keeps the House Planner clock ticking and
ensures that the systems operate at optimum levels. She is always willing to
lend a hand, guide us firmly, and does so with a beautiful smile!

CANDICE

Candice heads up House Interiors alongside design guru Pollos Purdon. With
experience in managing many home decorating jobs and commercial development
styling projects, Candice brings a rare combination of creative flair, passion,
reliability, and eager attention to detail to the team. 

 

REZELLE

We are honoured to have Rezelle van der Merwe with us, a qualified and
professional Somatologist, who has taken up the reigns of The House Spa at The
House Planner in Kenton-on-Sea.

She leads her strong band of therapists by example and guides them with
incredible understanding of their client’s vulnerability and instills how
valuable their visits are to her Spa.

Passionate about her trade is clearly portrayed in the way she manages her team
and clients with utmost love and care

LAUREN

The House Kitchen & Cellar reins were handed to Lauren in 2020 and are still
deeply rooted within the family. Lauren spent many years catering to dignitaries
and international guests as a 4.5 Star Game Reserve Lodge Manager.

She brings with her a calm, professional, highly disciplined work ethic with a
clear focus on “delicious menus and high quality service with a smile”.
