Black car service is not on demand like ride-share companies. Drivers on our platform are in high demand, and their schedules often fill up weeks in advance. We encourage you to book and secure your vehicle and driver as soon as you know the itinerary details. CAN I REQUEST THE SAME DRIVER? Yes! We highly encourage you to save your favorite drivers to your profile, and we’ll automatically request that driver for future reservations. Savoya cannot guarantee a preferred driver will be available for future reservations, and we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to increase the likelihood of a preferred driver accepting your trip. HOW DO I TIP MY CHAUFFEUR? Most chauffeurs on the Savoya platform include tipping in their rate, so you don't have to think about it. However, if, at your discretion, the driver provides outstanding service, you may tip with cash or contact our customer support center and we’ll add the tip to your invoice. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN HOURLY RATE AND AN AIRPORT TRANSFER RATE? Executive travel can take many forms, and Savoya offers competitive rates to fill every type of ground transportation need. Hourly rates are for a minimum number of hours and can include multiple stops and wait time. Airport transfer rates are one-way rates negotiated with our suppliers for commonly used routes from airports to city centers. Any unscheduled stops during a transfer or extended use of the vehicle may cause a transfer rate to incur additional fees.
