One Ayala is a 2.8-hectare development t anticipated to be part of Ayala Center’s commercial district. This development has a transportation terminal, two office towers, a commercial tower, and a hotel. It features the recently opened One Ayala Grand Terminal, a three-floor, a 20,000-square-meter transportation hub. The terminal serves southbound buses, EDSA Bus Carousel, and P2P buses. Furthermore, One Ayala Grand Terminal also houses UV Express vans, PUVs, jeepneys, and future Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) directly connected to the MRT-3. COMMUTING MADE EASIER For commuters, the One Ayala intermodal terminal is located at the corner of Ayala Avenue and EDSA. The terminal also offers wide, covered, well-lit, and safe elevated walkways that connect to the following: * Glorietta Malls and Dolphin park on the northwest * SM Makati in the southwest * Ayala-McKinley Transport Terminal across EDSA These walkways are strategically placed so commuters can get to their respective rides and reach their destinations on foot. On the basement level, commuters will find the UV Express terminal, which has an air-conditioned passenger lounge for the public. On the second level, you will also see another spacious passenger lounge directly connected to MRT-3’s Ayala Station. For passengers heading north, access is available to the station via the McKinley-Ayala Footbridge, directly connected to the terminal’s second level. One Ayala’s bus stop has three terminals that serve southbound buses, modern jeepneys, and PUVs. Each terminal can accommodate nine buses in queue, a total of 27 buses that accommodate the daily 300,000 passengers. You can also find restrooms, waiting areas, seats for PWDs, senior citizens, pregnant women, bike racks, food kiosks, restaurants, shops, and artwork. HOW TO GET TO ONE AYALA Here are the directions if you’re coming from Ayala, Makati: 1. Head towards Ayala Avenue 2. Turn left to Ayala Avenue 3. Head straight and turn right at the Mall Lobby 4. Enter the Mall Lobby and exit to the Carousel Lane Another efficient way to reach the terminal in Ayala is by riding the trains. The train connected to this grand terminal is MRT-3 Ayala Station. If you are riding the LRT-1 train, alight at EDSA Station, then transfer to MRT-3’s Taft Avenue Station. Alight at Ayala Station, then walk towards One Ayala. If you are riding the LRT-2 line, alight at Cubao Station, then transfer to MRT-3’s Cubao Station, then alight at Ayala Station. Suppose you are riding the PNR train line. Alight at PNR Pasay Road Station. Walk to Arnaiz Avenue, then ride a jeep going to Glorietta 5. From Glorietta 5, the terminal will be 5 minutes away on foot. You can also ride the EDSA Carousel bus and alight at the terminal. TERMINAL ROUTES AND SCHEDULES The terminal at One Ayala started operating on November 19, 2022, and the EDSA Carousel’s Ayala Station (South Bound) was relocated to this new terminal. Soon, this terminal will also cater to other P2P and southbound city buses to FTI, Alabang, Sta.Rosa-Balibago, and Biñan. By April 2023, all bays of the station will be operating. Since the operation started at One Ayala Terminal, P2P buses going to Antipolo, Fairview, Katipunan, and Sta. Rosa are transferred here.
