This helps us determine whether or not there are any issues impacting your services, which can include: * Audio issues * Blank screens * Intermittent connectivity or slow speeds * Missing channels * Pixilation HOW IT WORKS If we have identified any issues with your services, we’ll notify you via your preferred communication method such as email, SMS/text or automated call to schedule a service appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, it can be viewed on Spectrum.net or in the My Spectrum App. BEFORE APPOINTMENT DAY Before our technician arrives on appointment day, download the My Spectrum App so that you can receive notifications regarding your appointment. WHAT TO EXPECT ON APPOINTMENT DAY ki-info-circle-f IconNote: Please ensure that someone over 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID is present for the appointment. A service technician will arrive within one hour of your scheduled appointment time. Additionally, the service technician will let you know if there’s any work that needs to be done outside of the home. Depending on the severity of the service issues, it may take anywhere between 1-3 hours to resolve them. MANAGE APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS If you haven’t done so already, download the My Spectrum App so that you can manage how you receive appointment notifications (email, SMS/text or automated call). To update via the My Spectrum App: 1. Open the app and sign in. 2. Tap the Account icon. 3. Go down to Settings and select Set Notifications. 4. Tap Update Service Notifications. 5. Choose a contact that you want to update. 6. Use the drop-down menus to choose your preference. To update online: 1. Sign in. 2. Select the arrow icon at the top right corner of your screen. 3. Choose Settings. 4. Select the Notifications sub tab. 5. Under Service Notifications, select Manage. 6. Choose your preferred contact method using the drop-down menus. 7. Select Save.
