At Lodz we have 3 sheet dyeing machines from Jupiter all the dyeing machines are
equipped with automatic dosing & flow controllers essential for consistent
shades. The versatile sheet dyeing is capable of producing variety fabric shades
like dark indigo shades with indigo & sulphur combinations.

INSPECTION & PACKING

Fabric Inspection is done in a suitable & safe environment. With enough
ventilation and proper lighting. our well-trained inspection team carry out 100%
visual inspection of each & every fabric roll using the international grading
system and categorized during inspection according to the specified points
standard established by our esteemed customers. Fabric Rolls are packed with a
fully automated stretch wrapping machine & we make sure it has all the
durability & toughness to protect it from any kind of damage.
