Our team of appraisal professionals is here to serve your insurance company with
prompt and professional service for inspection claims.  Gaining the respect of
your customers who are always eager to have their claims handled in a timely
fashion will help increase the rating of your insurance company.  Our philosophy
is to make contact within the first 24 hours of receiving a claim to schedule an
appointment to inspect the damaged property.  In some cases, we may even be able
to schedule an appraisal for that day depending on the location of our field
appraisers or workload.  It’s the personalized approach that MAC gives your
customers when scheduling appointments and the willingness to schedule according
to your insured’s needs.  Our appraisers will inspect your customer’s vehicle at
home, work or can meet at a location for the inspection.  They will then work
with the shop of choice designated by your company or insured’s preference if
the vehicle is repairable.  A full comprehensive report is created digitally and
emailed directly to your company containing the photos from the inspection,
estimates and appraisal comments relating to the inspection of the property. 
Salvage bids are also available when a vehicle is a total loss so that you can
get the vehicle moved to stop storage and have a licensed salvaged buyer
