at LSQ Group LLC and its subsidiaries, LSQ Funding Group, L.C. and LS DE LLC
(“We”, “Us” or “LSQ”), and providing a single, comprehensive privacy policy that
is straightforward and clear is in the best interests of our customers.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our information and privacy
practices with regard to the www.lsq.com website (“Site”), such as the types of
information we may gather from you and other visitors to the Site. Unless stated
otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Site
and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the
Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your

used to facilitate a business relationship between your company and LSQ.

If you inquire through this Site about LSQ ‘s products and services, you will be

special offers, or to be contacted by an LSQ representative. You may choose to

From Third Parties

The Site allows trusted business partners to refer your company to LSQ. That
information is provided from a third party to us, and includes your name, your
email and company address. When this information is received by us from the
Site, an LSQ representative will contact you by phone. LSQ uses this information
for the sole purpose of informing you about our services and tracking the
success of our referral program. You may contact us using any of the methods
described below in the Contact Information section of this privacy policy in
order to request that we remove your information from our marketing list.


HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED?

LSQ collects and uses your commercial information to give you current market and
product information, to provide you with convenient access to your data, and to
provide you with excellent service. In addition, we may use your information to
keep you up to date on new product announcements, special offers, and other
information we believe would benefit you.

If you submit an application online, all information will be used by our sales
representatives to contact you and discuss engaging in a business relationship
with LSQ.

data transfer on the Internet and helps to protect the safety and
confidentiality of your information.

While we use industry-standard precautions to safeguard your personal
information, we cannot guarantee complete security. You play a critical role in
protecting your information by maintaining up-to-date computer security
protections including, but not limited to, using up to date anti-virus software,
protecting your account with a strong password, protecting the privacy of your
off network communications through the use of VPN’s, and keeping intruders out

HOW TO UPDATE OR DELETE YOUR INFORMATION?

Upon request, as a client or prospective client of LSQ, we will provide you with
confirmation about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may
submit your request to view, update, or delete the personal information we hold
by using any of the methods listed below in the Contact Information section. In
order to authenticate your request regarding private information, we may need to
speak with you to validate your identity. We will respond to your request within
a reasonable timeframe and service your request within a maximum timeframe of 45
days. In some instances, your information cannot be deleted until your
contractual agreement has been fulfilled or terminated. If that is the case, we
will notify you within the same 45-day time period. Additionally, our Site may
contain web pages through which you can correct or update some of the
information you have provided to us. Users who receive a newsletter or other
similar emails from us and who wish to remove themselves from the mailing list
can do so by following the link provided in an email received. However, please
note that we reserve the right to continue to send you certain communications

disabled/deleted. Your sales representative will respond to your request within

long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We

our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Testimonials

We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our website in
addition to other endorsements. With your consent, we may post your testimonial
along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can

LSQ provides a service for commercial entities. We do not knowingly collect or
retain personal information for children under the age of thirteen (13). Any
information received from a child under the age of 13 will be removed from our
