No Co-Pays for Vaccines




It's a scientifically proven concept.  

We know vaccines reduce hospital stays and prevent major complications for many
diseases -- and for Medicare Part D patients it's not reasonable or fiscally
responsible for Medicare to cover hospital costs but not preventative vaccines.
 It is time for Medicare Part D to do away with co-pays for vaccines.  

Removing co-pays for vaccines increases access for our most vulnerable seniors.
Ensuring access to vaccines helps reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, which
saves money for patients and taxpayers. It’s a win-win for everyone.

An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

The time is now to remove the financial burden of Medicare Part D vaccine
co-pays.
