US-China tensions and banking collapses have placed the world of wealth
management under strain. Portfolio managers are seeking respite in alternative
allocation strategies. However, whilst private markets are progressively
accessible, adoption of digital assets poses regulatory roadblocks.

On the business side, seeking a competitive advantage over industry disruptors
is paramount at a time of fee erosion and climbing compliance costs. Pressure is
mounting for strategy-focused executives to develop data capabilities for
hyper-personalised client engagement, whilst traditional private banks are
positioning themselves for partnerships with fintechs. In the face of heightened
headline risk, how can wealth executives improve consumer confidence and
minimise client attrition?

Now in its sixth year, the Global Wealth Management Summit is FT Live and PWM’s
flagship gathering of private banks, family offices, and wealth managers,
discussing the most effective investment strategies and shifting business models
for a wealth industry in flux. With a new two-day format for 2023, this year’s
panel discussions, debates, and interactive masterclasses will address
governance issues for leaders across the executive board and the implications of
a volatile macroeconomic backdrop for investors.

''The number of varying panels and quality of speakers.'' - Laura Fuss, Decisive
Capital Management
