How do I add cash to my card?

You can choose from 2 ways:17

 1. Green Dot® Deposit Cash11: Deposit cash on the go! Add cash ($20-$500) to
    your Wisely® card at the register of 90,000+ retailers nationwide (including
    CVS, Dollar General, Rite-Aid, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Walmart, and more). Just
    hand your cash to the cashier. They will swipe your card and the money will
    automatically load onto your card and be available within minutes.19 Up to a
    $4.95 reload fee plus deposit and card balance limits apply. The cashier
    will give you a receipt as proof of the reload.

 2. Western Union: Visit any Western Union location in the U.S. to add cash to

Can I transfer funds from my Wisely card to my bank account or an external debit
card?

Yes, there are up to two ways you can do this. You can transfer using your bank
account information or, if available to you, your external debit card
information.

To transfer to a personal bank account:

 1. Register or log in to the myWisely® app7 or mywisely.com.
 2. Tap or click the transfer arrows in the upper right corner and select
    Transfer Money.
 3. Enter your routing number and account number of the receiving bank to
    complete the transfer.

Please note: It may take 3 business days to enroll and validate an account at
another financial institution. And once an account is validated, it may take up
to 3 business days to complete each transfer. Fees, terms and limits apply.
Please log in to the myWisely app7 or mywisely.com to see your cardholder
agreement, transaction limit and list of all fees for more information.

To transfer using your external debit card information (i.e. your 16-digit debit
card number):

 1. Register or log in to the myWisely® app7 or mywisely.com.
 2. Tap or click the transfer arrows in the upper right corner and select
    Transfer Money.
 3. Enter your external debit card number to complete the transfer.

Please note: Transfers using your external debit card information is currently
available only to members who have Funds transfer fee (Instant Transfer/Debit)
in their List of Fees. Transfers using your external debit card information is
typically processed within 30 minutes, but could take longer due to network
timing, receiving bank processes, or other factors. Only one external debit card
may be linked to your Wisely account. Transfers to your external debit card are
final and not reversible. Fees, terms and limits apply. Please log in to the
myWisely app7 or mywisely.com to see your cardholder agreement, transaction
limit and list of all fees for more information.

How do I find my Wisely® account and routing information?

You can find your Wisely account and routing number in the myWisely app2 or
online at mywisely.com. Simply log in to your account and go to your account
settings and then tap Direct Deposit.

How do I load a check with my mobile device?

Load a check with Ingo® Money21 by snapping a photo and following the prompts in
our myWisely® app.7 Approval times vary depending on the type of check and
approval from Ingo® Money.21 You must be 18 or older to use Ingo Money.

Can I add money from other sources?17

The primary cardholder can direct deposit2 income from second jobs, a tax refund
or other government benefits onto your Wisely by ADP® card.

Enter your account and routing numbers into the applicable direct deposit2 form
or hand it to the HR person responsible for your pay.

To retrieve these numbers, register or log into the myWisely mobile app7 or
at mywisely.com and visit your account settings, then tap or click “Account
Numbers”.

If you have a Wisely Pay card (see back of your card) this feature will require

First, see the back of your card to determine card type:

First make sure that:

 * Your card is activated

How does early direct deposit work?

Once you elect to receive your pay on your Wisely Direct card and opt-in to
receive Early Direct Deposit:14

 1. Your employer submits payroll to their bank
 2. Wisely receives your employer’s payment instructions
 3. Wisely deposits funds after processing
 4. In most cases, you will receive pay up to 2 days early,14 but it may be less
    depending on when we receive the payment instructions

FEES

Are there fees22 for using my card?

There are no overdraft fees22 because we will not allow you to overdraw your
card.3

There are no minimum balance fees, monthly fees or annual fees.

There are, however, inactivity fees assessed after a certain period of
inactivity. Keep in mind there are also charges for using certain features on
your Wisely by ADP® card.

Please log into your Wisely® account and refer to the Wisely List of All Fees
for applicable usage fees.22

How do I activate my card?

Once you’ve received your card, you will need to activate it and set your PIN
(Personal Identification Number) using the myWisely® app by visiting
mywisely.com. For your security purposes, do not use personal information as
your PIN.

How do I receive my pay directly onto my card? Wisely Direct Only

Visit your employer portal and click on the Direct Deposit tile to follow
instructions.

If you don’t have access to an employer portal, contact your employer’s HR
representative to enroll in direct deposit2 and provide your Wisely card’s
routing and account numbers.

You can find the routing and account number for your Wisely card by downloading
the myWisely mobile app7 or logging into mywisely.com.

Go to your account settings, then tap or click “Account Numbers”. You can also
download the myWisely app7 and opt in to get paid up to 2 days early14 with
direct deposit at no extra cost.18 For more information click here.

Use your Wisely® card on the phone, online, or in any store where Debit
Mastercard® is accepted or everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. You can

Can I get cash using my card?

There are multiple ways you can access cash using your Card (please note that
limits may apply to the amount of cash you are able to withdraw at merchants and
ATMs5).

Cash from ATMs:
Get cash at millions of ATMs worldwide, including tens of thousands
surcharge-free, innetwork ATMs nationwide.5 Fees may apply if you use an
out-of-network ATM. Please reference your Cardholder Agreement and List of Fees
to determine which in-network ATMs are available to you and then click here to
find a location nearest to you.

To get cash, simply:
1. Enter your 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number).
2. Select “Withdrawal” from “Checking”.

Cash-back from participating merchants:
The easiest way to get cash back with your Card is at the places you already
shop, like grocery and convenience stores.

Simply:
1. Select “Debit” on the keypad.
2. Enter your 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number).
3. Select “Yes” for cash-back.
4. Enter the amount and hit “OK”.

Cash from a bank:
Go to any participating bank, let the teller know you want to do an
over-the-counter transaction and tell them the amount you would like to
withdraw. You may be asked to show your ID. Find participating banks here. To
get cash:
1. Know your balance beforehand by logging into your myWisely® account – the
teller cannot tell how much money you have on your Card.
2. Ask the teller for the amount you would like to withdraw.
3. You’ll need your 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) and may be
asked for an additional form of Identification.

Can my card be used to make debit or credit transactions?

Your Wisely® card can be used to make either a debit or credit transaction.

Debit transactions will require a personal identification number (PIN) and are
best used when you want cash back from a merchant. These transactions do not
incur a fee.

Credit transactions do not require a PIN and do not incur a fee.6

How do I use my card to pay for recurring monthly payments (such as mobile
phone)?

Contact your biller/retailer for their direct bill payment options to see if
they accept card payments.4

If they do, enter in your card information into the recurring billing payments
form.

What is a pre-authorization hold?

Certain purchases (hotels, restaurants, car rentals, gas stations, etc.) require
pre-authorization and may temporarily hold money from your card balance that
would be greater than the actual purchase amount once the purchase is processed.

The money will be released, and your balance will be adjusted. Availability of
the pre-authorized money could take up several days to be released into your
card balance.

Gas Stations. When using your card at gas stations, it is best to prepay for the
exact amount at the cashier. If you pay at the pump, a hold of up to $100 or
more may be placed on your card. This hold may last up to 5 days. (Hold times
may vary depending on the merchant.)

Restaurants. Restaurants may automatically add up to 25% or more to your bill to
cover a tip. If you do not have a sufficient balance on your card to cover the
amount, the transaction will be declined.

Hotels may place a hold on your account for your room reservation. It is
typically released upon checkout but may last up to a couple of weeks.

Why does the pre-authorization hold times differ?
Some merchants may require different authorization hold times. The above
information is a reference and not a guarantee of hold length.

Can I send money to family and friends?

Absolutely. You can link your card to all your favorite peer to peer apps like
Venmo®.

Or if you prefer, you can purchase a MoneyPak®20 at a retailer near you to send
cash friends and family. Just follow these steps:

 1. Grab a MoneyPak20 from the debit card section of the gift card rack.
 2. Hand your cash and the MoneyPak20 card to the cashier. A flat fee of $5.95
    will apply.
 3. Next, scratch off the unique MoneyPak20 number on the back of the card and
    give the number to your friend or family member.
 4. Ask the person to set up an account at www.moneypak.com20 and follow the
    step by step instructions to add money to his or her eligible card.

Participating retailers include 7-11, CVS, Dollar General, Rite-Aid, Walgreens,
Walmart, and many more. You can send anywhere from $20 to $500.11 To learn more
and find a location near you, visit www.moneypak.com.20
Personal information, internet access, working email address, and mobile phone
are required to use MoneyPak20.

How do I pay bills16 in the myWisely® mobile app?7

Paying bills16 using the myWisely app7 lets you initiate a bill payment in
seconds with your smart phone.

Just snap a photo of the bill, import an image of a paperless bill or search and
add a new biller.

It’s a quick, convenient and secure way to pay bills.16 The payments you make
are deducted from your Wisely balance.

To pay a bill,16 log into the myWisely app7 and click the arrow in the top right
corner and select “pay a bill”.

How is my bill paid using a photo or an image of my bill?

Your bill information is extracted from the photo of the bill you snapped or the
image of the paperless bill you uploaded in the myWisely app7 and uses secure
payment automation to complete your payment.

If payment cannot be made electronically, a check will be mailed to the biller
on your behalf.

Sometimes the payee may not credit your account immediately after receiving a

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

Can I request a card for a spouse or family member?1

Of course! You, as the primary Wisely® member, can request up to 3 cards for
your spouse or other family members. Wisely secondary cards can be used to make
point-of-sale or purchases everywhere Visa® Debit cards or where debit
MasterCard® are accepted. This eliminates the need to carry cash when grocery
shopping, paying bills, going out to eat, and any other daily activities. Age
limits may apply, please reference your Cardholder Agreement for more
information.

To request a secondary card1:

1. Log in to your account at mywisely.com or the myWisely app.7
2. Click or tap the menu button in the upper left corner and scroll to the
button at the bottom of this menu to add a card to your account.
3. Follow the screen instructions to complete your request.

You will need the new secondary member’s name, Social Security Number, and date
of birth to request the card.

Secondary cards are mailed to the primary member’s address on file. Secondary
members can update their address in the myWisely app7 or at mywisely.com after
activation.

How do I use myWisely to see which merchants offer cash back?15

You can browse eligible Dosh cash back 15 rewards by launching the Dosh
experience within the myWisely app7:

 1. Click ‘Wisely Rewards’ in the main menu
 2. Click ‘Cash Back – Purchases’ on the ‘Wisely Rewards’ landing screen
 3. If you have already opted-into the ‘Cash Back – Purchases’ program, the Dosh
    experience will immediately launch
 4. If you have not previously opted-in, you must click the ‘Opt in’ button at

Don’t worry! If your card is lost or stolen,23 be sure to instantly lock your
card using the myWisely® app7 or on mywisely.com so your card cannot be used. 
To lock your card, log into the myWisely mobile app7 or mywisely.com and go to
account settings, then open card settings.

You can also contact the call center immediately: 1-866-313-6901.* We will
cancel your card and transfer the funds to a new card that will be sent to you.

Liability Policy.9

The Zero Liability Policy provides protection from unauthorized purchases. Other

Regulation E, which implements the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. Please refer
to the Cardholder Agreement you received when you enrolled for the Wisely® Pay

Will Wisely® freeze my funds while a dispute is being resolved?

What is a travel notice?

A travel notice is an enhanced security measure that helps to protect you
against fraud when using your Wisely by ADP® card while traveling outside of
your home state and bordering state(s).

Your Wisely by ADP® card will work in your home state and any bordering state

order to avoid declines on your card.

processed and completed by the IRS. However, our customer care team does not
have information on when your tax refund will arrive. If everything has been
entered correctly and the IRS accepts your tax returns, your refund will be
loaded directly into your Wisely Pay account. To check the status of your
refund, please visit the IRS website. The IRS website is updated once every 24

Once your refund is added to your Wisely card, you can use your card on the
phone, online, or in any store everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted and

mobile wallet. Pay with a single touch anywhere Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay® or
Google Pay™ is accepted.

Paying bills:
You can pay merchants who accept Debit Visa or Mastercard. Contact your
billers/retailers for their direct bill payment options as third-party fees may
apply. You will also be able to use the services of a third-party bill pay4
provider by logging into your account on the myWisely mobile app.6 Please refer
to the separate terms & conditions and fees pertinent to the bill payment
service provider.

Recurring monthly payments (such as mobile phone):
Contact your biller/retailer for their direct bill payment options to see if
they accept card payments. If they do, enter in your card information into the
recurring billing payments form.
