Mission and Vision 

Through our certified teaching faculty and partnerships with sending school
districts and Phoenix staff, students receive research-based, differentiated
learning opportunities that address social, emotional, and academic needs. Our
service model aligns with the core values of the NRESC which include innovative
and personalized instruction, open communication and collaboration, attention to
detail, consistency, and equity.

Phoenix Newsletters

Beginning with the academic year 2023-2024, the NRESC has expanded its offerings
at The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics. We are pleased to
announce the addition of a New Jersey Department of Education approved 4-hour
school day program catering to elementary school students residing at the
facility.

The Northern Region Educational Services Commission proudly serves school-aged
residents of the Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics. Through our
certified teaching staff, students receive both therapeutic and individualized
services that address their complex medical and educational needs.  Our service
model aligns with the core values of the Northern Region Educational Services
Commission, providing: 

 * Innovative and personalized instruction
 * Respectful and trusting relationships
 * Open communication and collaboration
 * Attention to detail
 * Consistency and equity

The Northern Regional Educational Services Commission creates this supportive
environment through collaboration with the Phoenix Center staff and sending
