Marketplace and the following digital and cash codes purchases on gamestop.com
or at GameStop retail locations are NOT eligible, and are excluded from this
promotion: gift cards, downloadable content, virtual currencies, e-credits,
subscriptions and subscription codes, and any other digital or point-of-sale
activation codes; Create a GameStop NFT Marketplace account at
https://nft.gamestop.com/ before 12/04/2022 11:59pm CST by connecting a digital
asset wallet (such as the GameStop Wallet at https://wallet.gamestop.com/) to
the GameStop NFT Marketplace; and Add the email address you are currently using
for PowerUp Rewards Pro to the GameStop NFT Marketplace account by adding and
verifying it on the “Edit Profile” page in the GameStop NFT Marketplace by
12/04/2022 11:59pm CST. The promotion is only valid for 18 and over, US resident
customers, who are active PowerUp Rewards Pro members as mentioned above.
Customers who complete all 4 steps by the indicated dates, and are not subject
to sanctions, embargoes, export restrictions or otherwise designated on any list
of prohibited or restricted parties issued or administered by a government
authority, including, but limited to, the Specially Designated Nationals and
Blocked Persons list (“SDN List”) and other sanctions lists administered by the
U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, will each receive
