IT'S NOT ANOTHER MUG


As the end of the school year approaches, the mad dash begins to find the
perfect thank-you gift for our kid's beloved teachers. So, you open up your
'local moms' Facebook group and pose the question: "Any ideas for teacher's
gifts this year (things they actually want)". The responses you get are:

- Personalised mug
- Chocolates in a mug
- Succulent in a mug
- Stantionery in a mug
- Hand-made macrame plant holder (oh and the link to the Etsy store...)

 



 

While every gift is well-intended and appreciated, these gifts aren't what
teachers really want. We surveyed teachers and here is what they had to say:

 * 97% say they’d prefer a gift from the class rather than individual gifts.

 * 91% would prefer a Gift Card over other gifts like gift baskets and treats.

Now, we know you're a good person and want to give the teacher the gift they
really want...but the thought of wrangling the other parents is a nightmare!
