MUSCADINE GRAPE - NOBLE

$21.00 ($19.75-$24.00 CHOOSE A SIZE)

Most popular red muscadine grape for wine or juice production. It is
self-fertile. Yields and disease resistance are high, and berry ripening is
fairly uniform. Flavour is less musky than most muscadine grapes. Excellent
fresh eating or good for wine making. Exclusive to Daleys this is a recently
released Florida variety. They are vigorous vines and should not be planted
where they can escape into native bushland, as they would quickly smother trees
and shrubs around them.

EXCLUSION NET - 6M X 6M

$54.00 ($54.00-$59.00 CHOOSE A SIZE)

This strong net is ideal for covering most fruit trees and vegetable gardens. It
is also called Bee netting, as it is used to exclude Bees from pollinating fruit
trees that need to be kept seedless. It is UV stabilised and it will last years
if stored after each seasons fruit protection. It is a 50gsm weave. This net can
easily be cut into smaller nets if desired. Width is 6m and can also cut to a
specified length in multiples of 6m only: eg 6x12m, or 6x18m up to a maximum of
6x30m. We highly recommended this for the exclusion of insects, birds and
especially Fruit Fly. Fruit Fly females are large being 8mm long and sting fruit
to lay their eggs only a few weeks before ripening. They shouldn't be confused
with the smaller 'vinegar fly' which only attacks overripe and fallen fruit and
are very hard to exclude even with 2mm netting.

$28.00

At 20m in length this is going to suit a small to medium Australian backyard.
This flex tubing allows you to connect directly to your home garden taps and
handle the typical water flow without bursting connections like typical polypipe
that requires expensive pressure reducing connectors. The flexibility of the
tubing allows you to run it along fences or through tight spaces and being black
it is often not noticeable. Unlike brittle poly pipe the fixtures are easily
assembled and won't burst when you turn the tap on full. You can join up to 90m
in length or 3 lengths together then attach the sprinklers and still get enough
pressure to to run the sprinkler heads.

GRAPE

FRUIT TREES > BERRIES VINES AND CLIMBERS > GRAPE

Vitis vinifera
On a hot summers day the fresh taste of grapes picked from your own vines can't
be surpassed. Grown since antiquity, they are well known and loved and come in a
large range of varieties. White grapes range in colour from pale yellow-green to
light green, and black grapes from light red to purple-black. Grapes are
categorized by their uses, either as a table grape or wine grape. Wine grapes
have high acidity and are therefore too tart for general eating, but some, for
example, Chambourcin are sweet if left to ripen well on the vine. The grapes
listed below are suited to a wide range of climatic conditions. Those with
disease resistance are good for humid, coastal conditions and others are suited
to warm temperate and inland, more arid areas. Fruit can be eaten fresh, frozen
for a cool icy snack on a summers day or dried for later use. It's not just
their fruit that is delicious and nutritious, but their leaves as well. Blanch
them in hot water and wrap them around a rice and herb filling for a delicious
snack or platter filler.
