HEY 👋🏻

I'm Szyon, an 18 years old self taught programmer from Austria.

My passion for developing various software started at the age of 14.

NOV. 2019

My programming journey started in november 2019 with the age of 14. Initially my
motivation of learing to code was to be able to develop Spigot-Plugins for the
game Minecraft. To this time I was unknown of my path as a developer.

The modification of Minecraft with the language Java allowed myself to
understand many different programming concepts which made learning other
languages later on much easier.


~ FEB. 2023

After practicing Java for a long time, it was time to expand my horizons. I
opted for Discord-Bot development, which I always wanted to learn.

I've already obtained some Javascript knowledge on the way, so I learned
discord.js and node.js. Whilst understanding the stuggle of developing in
Javascript, I resorted to Typescript.

I also leared MongoDB at that time, which allowed me to create more advanced
bots.


~ OCT. 2023

The knowledge of Typescript and MongoDB with a pinch of HTML and CSS was the
perfect mixture to learn React.js.

Fun fact: This site is built in React.

To this day I've been practicing React and web development. My goal now is to
become more proficient in front-end as well as back-end to become a full-stack
developer in the near future.

WORLDFM

A Discord radio bot to stream official radio stations from all around the globe
into discord voice channels. Made using discord.js.
